The service level in this hotel was pathetic. No one picks up the phone, take an inordinate amount of time to check you in. Rooms didn't have towels and slippers.
Their packed breakfast is a joke and they didn't pack most of the things that we had requested for. On top of everything else they mess up room service orders
The room feels a little dated, especially the toilet fittings.
The only positive was that our dinner order was tasty.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a 5 star experience.

This was absolutely the worst service that we have ever received in a Radisson Hotel.
The check-in took more than 20 min even though the reception wasn't too crowded.
Our bags were then not sent to the room and we had to go and pick them up ourselves and security didn't even bother to find out whose bags we were picking up!
Once we go to the room and called housekeeping, front desk, room service at least 10 times but no one bothered to pick up the phone. I had to then call their reservations line to have hand towels and slippers delivered to the room.
The only redeeming feature of the hotel was that the dinner that we had ordered was tasty and generously proportioned. Unfortunately to have the dinner served it took us three calls to reach in-room dining and then they sent our food to a wrong room number and made us wait an extra 15 min!
We had requested for a packed breakfast as we were planning to leave early and it was the most miserly packed breakfast that we have ever received from a '5 star' hotel. And to top of the pathetic service, they gave us veg sandwich when we had specifically requested for chicken sandwiches!
Looks like the hotel management is sleeping on the job.

They have a very good spa with very professional massage therapist. Very relaxing, hygienic and rejuvenating. The staff is very polite and humble. Mainly ms Priyanka she helped me to book the cab The pool and gym is also very nice. They have a cascade restaurant on 2nd floor which has great delicious items

Service is absent. I reminded three times that the TV in my room is not working. Every time empty promises were given, nothing happened. They charge on the higher side of 6000 for a room which has rusted bathroom fittings, faded mirrors, and old furniture. Only advantage is its location. Breakfast is good. Can be better for the price.

Location is very good. Most of the time you can get rooms at reasonable prices as compared to other 5star hotels. Food is not so good but you have plenty of options at walkable distance.

The hotel is near to the outer ring road and one can easily reach there within an hour from the airport. Leaving to the airport is also very easy from the hotel, again due to the proximity to ring road. The hotel is big with almost 14 floors and almost all floors having around 30 rooms. The rooms were big and spacious but cleanliness was a concern. The bed was fine but otherwise nothing great. The sofa was stained in my room and one would not want to sit on that. There were no hand towels in the room. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. The taste of the South Indian delicacies was also very good. The idlis were soft and just melting in mouth. Overall an average experience. Happy staying!!!!

The worst hotel I've been to. Right from housekeeping to dining everything was pathetic. The rooms are stinky. Condition of the bathroom is digusting. The behaviour of the staff is terrible. They're extremely unwelcoming. The swimming pool is also filthy. The hotel is extensively understaffed. They're making money only through corporates and hence do not care about family bookings. Even the hotel manager doesn't seem to care. This Radisson doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating. If you wanna spoil your mood and waste your money, you should definitely make a booking here.
