KAKAKU The Guest House

The Rooms are neat and clean.. stay was Good but had difficulty in getting good food.. I didn’t order the room service because the rates are too costly and Not at all affordable.. would have been a great stay if the food was affordable..Veg dishes were around Rs.400 -500 and non veg dishes were around Rs.800 to Rs.900 per dish which is equal to a 7 star hotels rate. we have to go out and eat throughout the stay and there were no good restaurants nearby ..

Stopped at Adilabad for the night and stayed at Kakaku. It is has a quaint, rustic and cosy vibe. The rooms were clean and quite fancy, they offer bathrobes as well. They have a dining space where you can bring your own food and eat. They have a cute balcony area as well to chill at. There are cheap places close by where you can have breakfast and also can pick up dinner from. Sushant, the owner, was welcoming and sweet. The staff are also very helpful.

Location is not suitable for a hotel. It is located in a residential locality. No parking available. Road in front of the hotel is very narrow. There are only 05 rooms in the hotel. Very small rooms except one room which was triple occupancy and was quite expensive. Also all rooms are non smoking rooms. Pet friendly room is available. Rooms were well maintained. You will feel little claustrophobic in the rooms. Food was good but was very expensive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A charming guest house, full of character. Once you ascend the stairs from the bustling street below, you enter an oasis of calm. This is not a bland corporate offer, you really are a guest in this lovely house.
The decor and furnishings are tasteful, full of personal touches and flair. Plenty of places beyond your room to sit, socialise, or read. Our executive double bedroom was packed with thoughtful amenities - fridge, desk and writing materials, slippers and bathrobes; the kind of details you’d be pleased to see in a much grander hotel. The room was filled with light, the WiFi worked, the ceiling fan was so good we turned off the air conditioning. Clean bedding and comfortable pillows with extra cushions provided. Everything in our bathroom worked, just remember to check that the hot water tank lights are on so the water is heated. There were complimentary toiletries, and nice towels. Bottled water is provided, and you can use the kettle in the dining area to make tea and coffee. This guest house was the perfect stop over between Hyderabad and Tadoba tiger reserve. I’m so pleased that we took the opportunity to stay here.

Stayed here overnight while on a road trip with family. Rooms and attached were clean and well maintained. Guesthouse provided toiletries and towels as well. Staff was courteous and helped in getting car parked , shifting luggage and responded well for all requests. Food was good as well and quantity was in accordance with the price mentioned. One portion of meal was good for 3 of us. Overall a comfortable stay and good experience. Thumbs up to Sushant and his team

I have stayed at thousands of hotel across India, but this is one of the few places which are not made up of brick and mortar only.

Every corner of the space has been decorated with love and so much carefully curated.

It feels like a home giving beautiful vibes. Thank you Sushant Ji, it was a wonderful stay!
