Good Hotel,
Deluxe rooms are good / staff is polite
Only concern is price is little bit higher for location like Kothagudem.

It's OK if they can provide some complementary break fast, news paper, Tea & water bottle.

Then the corporates will come and may be the hotel occupancy will also increase

Room is good but behaviour is bad, Changing the price after we vecation....and pls don't believe the receptionist He speaks two words situation If it comes extra charges and don't have shame to asking tip for him... Please friends don't visit this residence workers are bad behaviour.... thank you

Prominent location and newly renovated with added furnishings.
Water and uninterrupted power supply.
User friendly management.
House keeping and room service are satisfied.

House keeping is very good and hotel staff is immediately responding nice service

We are staying almost 2 to 3 days ,but ur people are given only first day water bottles ,what about other days.can we pay rent 1day/,???,this is not fare from your end

Had booked deluxe ac rooms for my family, was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality.
Highly recommended it.
Special mention Mr.Shiva at the front desk really helpful and welcoming.

Good service but can be improved a bit overall good experience. If looking for a decent stay then it’s highly recommended
