Hotel staff tried to charge more amount. Room is dirty and bed quality is 3rd class, bedsheets, pillows are dirty..better not to talk about washrooms... huge money waste and not recommended to go.

The person in the receptionist when I called him for the room tariff he said 1200 ater reaching the hotel he demanded to pay 1400 for three adults. And more ever room full of cockroaches bad smell and the cleaning staff are very arrogant

I have prepaid the money and booked the room .. But when I reach the property @2pm The receptionist waited me till @5;00 pm in the reception He gave the room to others in a short span of time by keeping us waiting.. We booked the room delux 2x . But he gave us a small bathroom type room ...is this worth of 1500 Rs ? No proper wife Not providing any tiffin ..but mentioned in Oyo app... Shower not e Working properly....

Images shown in OYO App old and not reliable. Stay was shifted at last moment. Hence no assurance of what we book on app. Linen were old and stained. Linen on bed was blood stained. Very disgusting and unhygienic. Walls were stained too. Towel dirty. Improper water drainage in Bathroom. Room was not cleaned. Extra bed provided for 1200.00

It is been some years I’m booking hotels through OYO, But these days lot of issues are arising due to the hotel management at check -ins. OYO Offers some price whereas the hotel management expects the different amount. We book hotels sometimes at late nights and while checking in if the hotel management demands more money, we won’t be having any other alternative but to pay. I faced this issue on almost all my 20 immediate previous bookings. If we won’t pay, hotel people simply says that the room are not available. The only option OYO offers is to shift the hotel. There is no proper communication tarief discussions etc between OYO management and the hotel management. If it is not resolved immediately, it will be too tough for OYO to sustain.

I was stuck inside the bathroom and the lock is not opening from me inside, they had bad lock system. Finally I shouted from inside and people in next building helped me. When I asked the management to give other room they rudely told to cancel if you don't want. Worst behavior of staff. Unable to sleep because it is on main road and there is lot of traffic noice. I recommend people to not to go to this oyo, because even after paying heavy amount you don't get respect.

It was my worst stay ever! Reasons: 1. The receptionist is rude most of the times if you ask or say something to him 2. He asked additional amount of 1000 Rs. For early check-in. As per the policy, he should have taken 30% of one night stay which makes the charge under 500 rs. 3. Bedsheets were not changed throughout my 4 nights stay even after multiple requests. 4. They added wrong information regarding complementary breakfast and restaurant as given in the hotel page 5. It wasn't hygienic. Bottom line: PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR STAY. THEY DON'T VALUE CUSTOMERS.

Floors were sticky, there were cockroaches in the room and response from the care taker was so careless that he told it's obvious that cockroaches will be in the room. Since I went with family i left no choice than staying in that room(it's was 9PM already). Not sure how Oyo rooms is validating it's services and it's not that Oyo rates were less than the actual one. It's very disappointed stay.
