Pathetic hotel (so called international hotel) which I have seen. They charged 2300 for deluxe room for night. The room is full of cockroaches, when asked in the reception then they are saying will do the pest control. If they know if there are lot of cockroaches then why they are giving that for rent.
Bathrooms are not at all good and fir hot water you need to beg these guys on multiple calls. The answer they mentioned when asked for hot water is that, hot water will be provided only in the morning it seems
The bed and cots are not good and looks they are a 15 years old beds. Room boys come inside by keeping pan parag in mouth which smells very yak.
I am not finding a zero rating so giving 1.
My suggestion is that 100%avoid this hotel else you will regret afterwards

Worst experience of my whole journey! It's an old ... ancient property needs renovation terribly!!! The bathrooms r worst ...no hot water ... Do not buy the sugarcoated words of staff! We were told the room is with ac ... But it was not working...the fan was working only on high speed .... No regulator 🙄 I had to shift in the middle of the night !!! Too expensive...for the spend we did...and experienced only discomfort and irritation!

Owners had forgotten the property as if they have earned from it and they don't need it anymore, kindly convert your so called international hotel to DHARMASHALA for free. Staff is not polite or trained. Manager looks like dumb Goose, who can't control the staff. Everyone is manager and everyone is managing. This one star is given due to google policy, count it as -1

The rooms in this hotel is not hygiene. The food is very expensive and not at all worth the price. The service they provided was not up to the mark and dosen't satisfy it's name.. The beds had bugs and insects.. The room had all dirt from the previous stayers. The worst of all.

Some small cockroaches are thier in rooms, bathrooms are not good,room service is excellent, especially food of this hotel is good and tasty on resionable price comparing to outside food

It is a bad experience of my journey. Food facilities are bad. Washroom are not perfectly designed. I'm not satisfied with jaya hotel. Food and washroom are very aqvared.

The hotel receptionist is cordial. The food in the hotel is really good. Only thing I didn't like is the bathroom ceramic which could have been intact.
