The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace

It's a great hotel indeed and the service is marvelous. The food is delicious etc, but the main thing that disappointed me was the staff talking about the guests. They are amazing in front of us but I myself heard the staff at the reception talk bad about the guests using the words I cannot even specify here. I'm sure the guests deserve respect as they are the reason you are required in the company and hence getting paid.

Cannot go wrong with Westin. I really loved my stay there. Located very conveniently in middle of SEZ office locations. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Huge lobby and meals area. The staff is a delight. Very helpful and courteous. I loved the Executive Lounge, likes of which I've not seen in similar hotels. Great selection of snacks and drinks. Sleep quality was generally good, though not excellent. Breakfast was wonderful, good variety and taste. Will definitely visit again.

Stayed for week on a business trip. Great location in Mindspace, excellent service, wonderful vista in the massive lobby, check in and out very efficient. Food and drinks all good as is the gym, the pool and all the facilities. The rooms themselves are spacious and well laid out, my room was a tad jaded but I totally enjoyed my stay. Finally did I mention the excellent service in particular arranging transportation but any help asked will be given with a smile.

Its an old property but well maintained. I liked the restaurants, the food, their rooms, their fitness facility and overall ambience. What I didn’t like was their in room service. Not only it is extremely slow because you have to call them 10 times, If you ask them for anything, their answer starts with no.

One mist try all the restaurants in the hotel because their food is awesome. Gym and pool is excellent and their gym coach has a very positive attitude.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. Location is right next to the HITECH park and ideal if you are on a business trip but a bit far from Hyderabad's old town area and tourist attractions

Amazing hotel, excellent service. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The entire experience was amazing. I highly recommend staying at The Westin when you're visiting Hyderabad. Wide selection of restaurants with excellent range of food and wines. The hotel also arranged all our travel, including to and from the airport and all local travel.

I had a very bad experience. I went to stay with my wife for one night and believe me this doesn’t deserve to call a 5 star. Rooms are too old and not maintained properly. There was stain on curtains, balcony was not clean and the balcony chair was that dirty that you won’t even think to sit on that. After having horrible experience with the hotel room we thought of having a nice breakfast in morning an checkout. When we reached the restaurant in lobby we came to know that there are no table available for us. They told us to wait and and when I asked how much time will it take, she said don’t know sir. Are you serious?? There was no place to sit and wait even though you want to wait to get a chair. When you pay 17K for a room then you can expect a nice room and good service.
I have been to many other 5 stars even in very small cities like Jammu but they had better service than here.

After a terrible experience at Westin Gurgaon, I was really skeptical to stay here. However, this hotel really kept to the standards of the Marriott brand. I had a wonderful stay. The hospitality, service and taking an extra step to make things so very easy for me. Definitely will be back and highly recommend.
