Everything except a beautiful room. Badly laid out breakfast, unclean cutlery, A/C not working, and zero % service. In the night we asked for mineral water and they just said no and told us to drink the water given to us in some glass bottles which we couldn’t trust. No food service was available for lunch and dinner. and also did not have change to compete a cash transaction. Staff is totally untrained and is unapologetic about bad service and almost being utterly rude.

Unfortunately, I happened to stay in this hotel along with my friends last week. We reached there bit earlier by 4am but they didn't allowed us before check in time which is 6am and also they didn't even allowed us to use the rest rooms. We slept in our car for next two hours and then we checked in officially. They allotted a room in which both Air conditioner and bathroom heater wasn't working. So we informed those things in the reception and left out for the day after few hours of rest. They told us it will be ready by the time we return back. When we return, still the same issue continues. We swapped the room next day and things were smooth until I checked out. At the time of check in, they got my original driving licence. The same was not returned at the time of check out and they didn't know where the receptionist kept my licence. Since, I was in a hurry I left the hotel and they told me that they'll send that through courier. Till now, I didn't receive a proper response from them. Seems like they lost my original DL proof. Is this kinda of service that you provide to your clients? Don't even care to maintain customer documents. Getting into these types of hotel, means that we are inviting trouble to ourselves. Pathetic service.

very worst experience, there were cockroaches and also the hotel staff was not very helpful. I complained about the cockroach but there were no response. Also I requested for room freshener but they said only it will be given in morning by house keeping. We checked in at around 9pm and would leave for morning flight at 4am. but he didnt help, room was stinking. will never ever look for Treebo hotels again.

The stay is perfect with quiet environment and clean and spacious rooms. It's perfect for family and business travellers. It's easily accessible since its located right on the highway which makes it easy for long journey travellers.Theres a restaurant in the hotel itself and the food is quite good

Though it's a new hotel, they are really working to keep people coming in. Really spacious rooms with all amenities as promised at reasonable fares too! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I will never recommend anyone to visit and stay here, rooms are average, but service is worst. No room keys available to lock the door, TV not working, washroom doors not closing, room in deplorable condition
