Hotel B Plus L

For the first time I was also wondering on the name it is Business plus leisure. Nice place to stay on business visit. Rooms are neat and clean, the aestheticswere nice. Restaurant is good. Restaurant service were really nice. Close proximity from hitech city. You will have a calm and relaxed sleep. There is a good place to walk in the morning.

Not as expected. Poor service. TV not working. Room very small compared to price. You could listen to what other people are talking next door, privacy wise bad. Gym was not good and unhygienic. They charge extra for drinking water. Location is superb, excellent connectivity. I asked for Two single bed room but they gave a double bed room even though I had already told them 2 days before check in on one of their managers whatsapp. the cost then it is good but 4000 per day is a very expensive considering room and service.

The staff is rude. The food is tasteless, chef can’t even cook a cheese omelette. The Ironing Board was broken and the hot iron missed falling on my legs. Every time the room was serviced they forgot to replace something/ took away something like one day drinking water is not provided, the other dat no hand towel, etc. did I mention that the rooms are super small and not ventilated properly. Book this hotel if you are having a beautiful life and want to experience an anxiety attack.

Loved the ambience, rooms, interior, service as well as food. The staff is very cooperative and above all the hotel is budget friendly and situated in well settled area. I would recommend you to have a stay here.

One of the worst hotels I stayed in, got deceived by google reviews. They charge like they are 5-star property but the standard is not even 2-stars. Apart from a decent interior nothing positive.
Very poor hospitality especially at reception and half knowledge staff.
Rooms are not up to the mark and very small rooms according to the charges
Health faucet was leaking, no hot water and outdated accessories ( Iron ), almost burned my shirt. Food is also not good mostly served cold.
I Will try to never visit this hotel again.

Super hotel. I attended my friend’s wedding, it was a small celebration. It much spacious for small functions. Lightings were perfect for dining out in open area.
Staff was very courteous and friendly. They have well maintained parking in basement and plus guards can take your vehicle to park.
Its location is perfect.

My experience has been pathetic with this hotel due to following reasons -

1. I struggled to get complementary water bottles for the first 3 days. If i call reception, i have to wait for nearly 45 minutes to get the bottles.
2. Hot water is not available. When complained at the reception, they are saying no guest has raised any complained.
3. I have a stay of 4 days and today while checking in, my access card got deactivated for no reason.

Decent hotel with almost all amenities. The food in their restaurant is amazing. There is live Music on weekends. The rooms were little disappointing as they were just too small for the prices charged. There was no proper cupboard, no bath tub, no minibar items and the layout was very weird. Overall it was a fine stay.
