OYO Flagship 12251 Half Moon

AC create lots of noise. Reception is not helpful and not friendly at all. I placed 2 request of complaint about AC is not working and door lock is not working and request gone into deaf year. For hot water, gyser too has some.prb but I managed somehow in the morning.

The receptionist shouldve been little more polite when he enquired about extra person in room. Somebody had come to our room and had not told the receptionist. He didn't create a show. Although his tone was not polite.

Poor Quality Stay, this is basically a cheap lodge disguised as a Hotel. The Rooms are decent but the Hotel service is pathetic. "BreakFast" is a Joke (2 or 3 items on offer which tastes extremely bad) It's like they had some food to throw out but instead they decided to offer it in the breakfast which by the way doesn't start until 8.30am. They do not have any air conditioning on their dining area, just one staff deployed there and the items are finished before you can even start eating.

I checked in and I was given a Room with a broken bed (The Manager was well aware about this, yet he gave me the room, was trying to be smart that he'll get away with it) Immediately I asked for the Room to be changed. Housekeeping work goes on until evening, odd hours and the staff is poorly trained. You get what you pay for, I'd suggest to spend a few extra and get a better Hotel instead. OYO franchise name is being damaged by this Hotel, should be avoided at all costs.

You will get a cigarette smell everywhere. Maintenance was too bad. Don't even try to go with your family. The rooms are horrible intercom is disconnected, doors are broken, ac is not working. And they have a worst restroom. Rooms are so congested.

Just hate this hotel, bad service, very attitude behaviour and if I would have a chance for giving zero star, I would be very happy

Worst experience.Rooms are dirty and no channels working in tv..it is just a tv and you can just switch of and look on it thats it...they has to know why they are keeping tv in room...they should know tv is for watching channels..just speaking in English alone not enough for them... arrogant staff behaviour.one staff is very good and polite.....another person not even knows how to speak to guests.in simple words he is not at all fit for that seat.totally waste waste..not fit for one star also...that one star for the staff guy who spoked very good and polite..if the hotel want to improve the reviews then the man sitting in reception has to be changed..guys dont prefer this hotel at all.

Unmarried couples come there frequently,, booked through OYO + prepaid but check-in denied, had to wait in lobby and shout at Oyo customer for 45 mins , bathrooms are untidy to the core,front desk is not helpful at all, avoid this and go to silver keys near jain college,big pond in front of hotel

Not even an average level of hospitality.
The bedsheets were torn. The blanket had a lot of bruises. There wasn't a doormat and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Even the phone was dead. You have to travel all the way to ground floor to talk to the reception. And overall there was a huge dullness in a room.
For all this we checked-in at around 7 AM and checked-out at around 12 noon, paying around 2000 Rs.
Please don't book this. You will definitely find a better hotel in a similar fees.
We found a better one on Mahabalipuram Road and that too in lesser price.
