The homestay is a wonderful place to stay. The caretaker and owner are really helpful/courteous. Homely environment, clean linens/accessories. Our stay was really awesome and had no major issues as such.
Now for the drawbacks- 1.Hotel infrastructure- needs upgrade. Toilets though clean need upgrades. Solar water heater doesn't serve the purpose if 2-4 buckets of water get wasted each time for Luke warm water (water conservation is very important)
2.Basic amenities like Kettle, water bottle, tea bags etc needs to be provided.
A slight increase in price wouldn't do anybody harm if all these comments are addressed.

Worst kind of a stay...They provided room with a general bathroom which they didn't mention at the time of booking...which I didn't even expect from Oyo rooms... even I requested to alternate but they were so cool and saying there is no room... customer satisfaction is zero....Even some mansions give room with attached bathroom....Don't go by it's name...or u might experience the same of what I have experienced....

Fraudulent behaviour from the personel there..think their people are providing all the positive reviews.. booked a room, when went there the guy over there is telling some ongoing problem between oyo & their homestay.. so i wil have to pay rps 800/- once more offline ..dont believe all this positive reviews

Really it's amazing by distance, atmosphere,and especially furniture's.low budget and definitely you will get the good experience and relax here.

Vivekam home stay. It is no more under oyo. Well sized Rooms and were well maintained. Need to park the vehicle on the road side.
Booked 4 rooms for 6k rs and they also have a 1bhk at top floor which can Booked for additional 1500rs ( 4 rooms + 1bhk = 7500rs)

Mr. Sivakumar the host care taking is really good, we had pleasant stay for a night comfortably in two room for 5 people with reasonable pay.
