OYO 18455 Hotel Golden Shangrila

A nice place to stay.... We got all facilities and care. People were very much cooperative there

Good place. Room service good. Food cost is high preferred to go outside. Overall is good. I give it 4*

Rooms are dirty, service very poor,mattress , blankets are found torn in the room, manager of the hotel have no headache about it..he is just sitting on the sofa and watching Mobile and TV...no cleaning as well.

one more thing I could complain about the hotel to booking.com as I had booked my hotel from booking.com only, When the people of booking.com contacted the hotel manager, the manager got angry with me, Why did I complain?
After that when I asked him food for dinner, he said, the food has rice, dal and omelet, It doesn't eat at home. It's telling me to eat it when I'm out on holiday.

very comfortable and stay here staff members are friendly and hospitable , nice 🙂 location, taxi stand is near, room and bathroom are clean

Excellently spacious and clean rooms with such a low price of 900 per night at this pick season of tourists.. Though the hotel is little away from MG Marg, the rooms and behaviour of the staffs will certainly compensate the distance.

Dirty Room, Dirty bedsheets and pillow, toilet is unclean. Located far away from MG Mall road. Only one staff handling 15 rooms

Rooms and bed are adequately sized. Quality of mattress, pillows and pillow cover is way bad and untidy.. Toilet is decently clean. Not bad to stay in budget
