Daksha Tarayana Grand Hotel

Hotel is very far from MG Market. Need to book cab for to & fro. Staffs are good & well behaved. They are very good organisers for any event.
Panoramic view rooms are very big, spacious but no lift is there while u need to get 4th floor by stairs only. View from room is awesome. Food is very tasty with reasonable price.

We have a group booking at Daksha Tarayana Grand, The Best Hotel for Conference And Group Booking, View from the Rooms is Amazing' Food quality and Services is Outstanding. We have a doubt for Location seeing reviews but honestly it's a Paradise just 9mint Drive From Mg Marg To Daksha Tarayana Grand. Just Book it WITH ZERO CONFUSION.

It was mixed experience. Not bad and not very good. Staff was well mannered but still not satisfied on certain things like they hardly pick room service calls after 9.30 pm till 7 am. Also food was average. We stayed for three days and requested several times to activate out set channel as very limited channels were coming. But despite our several request they did not activate the same. The reception guy Mr. Anmol was helpful but I think he has very limited role. For every small thing he has to permission from his boss. Breakfast was below average. Location was very far from Mall Road and one has to book taxi for going to Mall Road. Rooms were spacious and good.
Need improvement on quality of food and some more powers be given to Mr. Anmol so that he can help guest.

We stayed in Daksha Tarayana in ths week 1 of January.
The stay was confortable, spacious rooms, nice food and good seevice overall. Amol as an administrator is good & sharp in handling our stay and city travel.

Though ths hotel is not far but daily cabs way too much towards any other part of Sikkim

They provide us very good service and their deal was not very expensive. Their rooms are too much big than other hotels. Staffs are very polite and their services are very nice. But must need to provide room heater in winter seasons.

Booked one Panoramic mountain view room for 2N/3D.

One word for the room/service/staffs - AWESOME.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Not a single -ve point. Bit far from MG Marg but the staffs make sure you get a shared taxi (Rs 30 pp or Rs200 for full taxi).

1. Spacious room. The room having 1 queen size bed, 2 single beds, 1 sofa cum bed, 5 seater sofa with centre table.
2. Awesome room with awesome view. Neatly maintained rooms/linens
3. Service, I must say, UNMATCHABLE.
4. Food - They cook really good food.
5. They provide blower with an extra cost.

Definitely ll recommend Daksha Tarayn for gangtok stay.
