The hotel is situated at the perfect location. It is maintained extremely well, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The staff is very sweet and helpful. Highly recommended!
The hotel is very accommodating of requests like early breakfast, packing the breakfast if you don't want to eat early etc.

We booked a super deluxe room through MMT by paying Rs.9000 for one night. On reaching there at night, found it to be a very ordinary hotel. Room was very small, there was a queen size bed and sofa, and with much difficulty, they adjusted an extra mattress. There was no power supply and they turned off generator at 9 pm. In breakfast , they gave poha and biscuits!!! We asked for some bread and butter, even that was not available. Over all, we had an unpleasant experience .There are lot of better hotels in Lachen which are available at lower rates, please don't waste your money on this hotel.

Happy stay in Lachen Paradise. The room was spacious enough and clean bathrooms. The staff were courteous, friendly and helped us understand the nearby areas. Since it was off-season when we went, they spent time chatting happily about the town, the seasons and general stuff. packed us morning breakfast of Aloo paratha and Poha for our travel to Gurudongmar. Dinner and Lunch are sumptuous with Hot hot rotis, rice, dhal and two subji. Good People and Happy Stay. Thanks guys.

Till now the best hotel in lachen I have experienced from travelling to Sikkim many times. Great hospitality, good food and spacious and clean rooms. Thank you for the wonderful experience.. I will back..👍

The food here was amazing. Bathrooms were clean but the bedsheets were not well maintained. On request, they changed the sheets. Service was good.

Stayed at Lachen paradise from 18-19 oct 2021. The staff was friendly and service was quick. Dinner buffet was hyeginic and good . Room size was also decent . Due to early checkout, staff arranged alternate lunch option without additional charges. Word of caution : electricity & mobile network can go down anytime , so be prepared for it . Overall, pleasant stay and hotel recommended.
