i stayed with my family and hotel room's are not cleaned even they don’t provide us any good facility. i ordered two cup of tea for me and my mom and the tea is terrible. i really don’t like the hotel and hotel staff is very unprofessional. please explore before visiting to amaze in hotel amritsar.

The hotal staff is very nice check in and check out process is very easy. staff is very caring and helpfull. neat and clean rooms with full power AC. must visit for this hotal.

Sub standard room and services. Following are key points: 1. No heating in room in this cold weather. 2. No kit for toothpaste, body lotion , shampoo. 3. Over priced based on the service and location. 4. No blanket just one thin layer of comforter. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Hotel is good, service was also good, rooms are very spacious, neat and clean.. It's little far from railway station but manageable. Recommend to others👍

best service by hotel and very cooperative hotel staff. I recommend to all best hotel at very reasonable price and everything is nearby like golden temple, Bus stand and mall.
