Regenta Central Klassik

The hotel is old now. Had poor service and there were few issues like-

Swimming pool being non operational
Washroom exhaust not working, despite complaining multiple times no response was received.

Although rooms are clean and spacious. But don't expect much of the services and other facilities while staying here.

I stay at This place for my official visits and it is always a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms are neat and clean as always and the service is good too. There food quality is very good and the breakfast menu has a vast variety which is served in the buffets and guests special requests are also catered by staff present. I had a great experience also wonderfully guided and assisted by on the staffs Manpreet for her hospitality. It's a reliable place to stay.

Location is quite nice and approachable.
Staff is good.
Rooms are very old. Window glasses are dirty. Rooms are not maintained.l nor clean. Safes don't work, mini fridges don't cool Room service takes hours to give you service

Excellent hospitality and food. The service is one of the best in my experience of staying in dozens of 4 star hotels in North India. Thanks to Annapurna and team for getting everything done so nicely.

P.S. : Love the brownie and ice cream there. Must give it a try.

Had a visit for Business trip, with MAP plan.
Good options available in the menu for Dinner & Breakfast and very cordial staff.
Hotel staff was humble and generous. Rooms are pretty spacious and clean. View from room is good. There is parking space available at basement for drivers stay also.

I recently stayed at the Regnta Hotel and I was extremely impressed with the staff and service. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and making sure I had everything I needed.

Throughout my stay, the housekeeping staff were diligent in keeping my room clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were always polite and efficient when taking my orders.

But the standout for me was the concierge team. They went above and beyond to assist me with making reservations and recommendations for activities in the area. They were always available to help and provided excellent service.

Overall, my experience at the Regnta Hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The staff truly made the difference and contributed to a memorable and enjoyable trip.

Stay was comfortable. Spacious room. Middle of time.

Food and service was awesome. Many varieties in breakfast. Staff was very polite and helpful. Miss Basant was of great help for our family. She was quick in his service.

Hotel is very safe and hygiene too.
I recommend every one.
