Hotel Best Western Merrion

Extremely satisfied with the stay , everything was just perfect. Rooms and hotel premises are all neat and tidy and proper hygienic environment is maintained. Special shoutout for all the staff members of the hotel, they are extremely polite and helpful. Service is very very quick and they take immediate actions on everything. Food was upto the mark as well. Highly recommended property for a pleasant stay.

I and my parents stayed here in the property. It's clean and worth calling 4-star hotel. The Golden temple from the hotel is not so far.
Located at one the posh place of Amritsar, near by, you have a lot of places to get booze, street food vendors and a lot of IELS and GRE agencies. Overall it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Wish to visit again.

A good hotel, with hospitality. However the restaurant was a very very bad experience. We stayed here for two days back in August, and while the room service and everything was great… the last evening of our stay, we decided to visit the restaurant. The service was very slow to begin with, when we were finally served main course.. we asked for more rotis and I’m sure we sat there waiting for at least 15-20 minutes for the extra rotis to come yet they never did. Then we decided to ask for the bill, and let them know that we had ordered more rotis which never came. Suddenly the main guy hosting us, I think his name was Pawan, he started ignoring us and acting like he was never serving our table, eventually we took it up with them and sadly Mr. Pawan was not at all apologetic. Nor was he bothered at all. We were even charged for the extra rotis which we were never served and they refused to get rid of those charges. They had good live music however.

Feels like a motel. Its not 4 star definitely. Loud walls, breakfast was hoch poch, kept hearing music, people talking in other rooms etc till 1am. Cannot be more that 1 star for sure. WORST HOTEL I STAYED IN.

Very good experiance with this hotel. Located in prime location. Wonderful rooms and service. Everything good.

Hotel is good rooms and bathroom is also very good. They also include breakfast with booking ,their food is also good but costly as expected. Room prices varies from 3k to 10k. Situated at Ranjit Avenue Amritsar which is great place to roaming around

Has rooms, restaurant, halls for parties and huge gatherings and a cute rooftop cafe names 'soho' with a small swimmer pool located in middle of the rooftop cafe.

Roof top cafe had an amazing vibe and ambience, these days it's mostly foggy so increases the charm of the evening, heating units are provided to keep you warm, and of course you can click some amazing pictures and videos for the gram. 😄
Definitely a must visit for the roof top restaurant. 💯

Very nice place and easy to go golden temple and wagha boarder ...room q uality of hotel is good and mr vikas and Sanjay sir front desk is good behaviour for check in and check out
