Even not a single star. Worst hotel I have seen in my life. Hotel is on 3rd floor. You have to pick your luggage yourself and climb around 40 stairs. Only bedsheets was clean. Washroom, room side table everything was very dirty. I don't know how they are managing. Most important part they took one hour for my checkin.

Service very poor We took 2 rooms we stayed in noor mahal moga though rooms were good but food we ordered we got in 1 hour they don't prepare any food. No lift in there hotel. Though rooms were good & food service is poor. Stayed: June 2018

The Owner doesn't know how to talk. Police keep raiding the hotel frequently with snifer dogs. There is no hospitality sense in the staff as well as the managers. People book rooms for a night and it's very normal for them. There is no arrangement for a seperate key. They just use a single master key. Managers go peeing in different room which are booked by guests. Really frustrated with the service and really regretting my decision to book this hotel.

They don't have a straight passage to other floors ,it is through a room and then there is a lift.Sometimes it gets very confusing.The service if fine and you get a complimentary breakfast which is good but limited. Toilet in some rooms smell, so choose the room accordingly.

It was good experience but there was rush of extra people at reception(means when i visited there were at least 6 peolpe at reception area whereas only 2 people as a staff and one waiter are needed at reception). Also saop was not provided in the bathroom. Door lock stuck which was not a big trouble but they have to take care of these kind of problems that the customers may face.

The location of the property is inside from the main road. Food is also available in the hotel. But I had faced issues with parking my car as they have parking space in the hotel basement but to take a big car in that basement was very difficult. Apart from parking issue all were completely fine.

Awesome stay, Staff if cooperative. Location is very good. Well maintained. Good service. Clean room, good bed. Privacy. Location of hotel-Near market, bus stand and railway station.

Manager and other all staff no one have any sense to talk, every time i stay in this hotel, but due to rush in the morning they asked me to checkout 2 hours before, 10 o'clock they were starting to call and sent to guy in room for checkout. When i made complain to manager, i gave me rubbish answers
