Hotel staff should know about hospitality,
Rude behaviour and low class service

It is on the outskirts but if you have own vehicle you rest well and within 15 mins reach pondicherry and you have dindugal Thalapakatti briyani at the first floor so you can enjoy the food as well

hotel stay is good and decent. i feel it's bit far from city and cost wise little high than normal

Very worst experience ever. Location is fine. Don't choose this hotel. Very rude rubbish speaking staffs ever seen. Rooms were having cockroachs. The one man managing there very very worst speaking no respect to the guests. Pricing is also very high comparing to the property. Better choose some other good location for ur stay. Had a very bad experience staying over here with my family.

Bad customer service..Rude behaviour receptionist.. No worth for the cost.. Not even complementary break fast too.. The incharge is very harsh to our needs..

Very clean neatly maintained humble staffs

The roof top restaurant and bar is picturistique. Very well maintained. Cost of beverages and dishes is economically worthy and tasty 😋.
