We stayed there for one day in room no 302. Room is well furnished with a sea view balcony. We love the view of Promenade beach from the balcony. The receptionist and hotel crews are very courteous and friendly.

If you are looking for a affordable room with sea view, this hotel is the best. My recommendation is to get room at 2 second floor in which you will get best sea view. No other hotel in that area offers sea view room for this price. Moreover, The staffs are very friendly.

This hotel is only good for location. The rooms and hotel itself are not great. Staff is decent but nothing is available with them. Even the paid refreshments inside the rooms were past expiration date.

The view is the best part of the hotel. Staff were very polite rooms were clean and well maintained. We asked for room service whenever we left the hotel and they did a good job in cleaning the room. You get 2 bottles of drinking water everyday and breakfast is very nice and fresh. Must try chocolate danish. You get to choose between tamil and continental breakfast. Great value for money.

4 star is for hospitality, location and service. Rooms are also decent. We stayed for one night. Breakfast could have been served with extra options. Fruits in continental were not fresh and quantity of fruits provided is also very less. Overall good experience. Food can be managed outside as well.

The hotel is at perfect location. Beach is at your eye sight and at doorstep . Rooms are neat . Parking is at different location but near by . Stay was memorable as beach is accessible all through the night . Breakfast was not that great but was arranged on roof top with beach view . Over all a good stay .

Had a great & lovely time with family. This place is jannat 😊 Me and my family loved it. Room view is superb. You can dine in at the balcony. They serve yummy breakfast. Staff was polite & cooperative. I have done my booking through agoda & got a good deal. If you are booking do book a room with a view.

Positives:
1. Location is main thing. Its on beach road, just step out of hotel and you can walk to Indian ocean. Great for quickly reaching to enjoy sunrise or walk at whitetown beach road.
2. Stayed there for 2 nights, people were nice. Breakfast did not had varity but what they served was good.
3. As per govt rule, its not allowed to drive vehicles on beach road. But hotel is not far from dropping point and they arrange luggage pickup and drop and have a dedicated parking place at some distance.

Negatives:

1. If you are not getting sea facing room, its not worth the price.
2. Room, not at all maintained. Fan blades were visibly and heavily rusted , I was surprised.
3. Blanket was torn and kind of hidden under the bedsheet.
4. Towel quality can be improved.

It was really sad that even after charging equivalent to 4 star hotel they are not maintaining basic room quality. Hope they improve room quality.
