Reception / Visitor lounge is spacious Room was neat and clean. Restaurant's ambience is nice & the buffet breakfast is tasty, serving staff caters our needy requirement of food fast. We used symphony hall for a function, it is spacious for 200 persons. Service staff are kind with hospitality. Overall is worth & good to visit again.

The perfect hotel as per the place. Service is good and so are rooms. Room service is well priced and one will not have to step out for meals. Breakfast though limited had decent spread and above all the service was very good. Recommended!

Overall the service is good, room is very clean and hygienic. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Food is very good. Overall it's a nice and safe place to live with the family. Only request to make the swimming pool usable

Hotel looks very gorgeous. It was little bit outer. Very rich people's can stay there. Because it cost 4,800/ per night. But someone wants to live luxurious for a day

Location: The place where this hotel is situated is very good. It is a very calm place and a little away from the highway.
Infrastructure: The hotel from outside looks awesome and they have ample parking space. The view from the reception is very good.
Rooms: The rooms are good for the stay and is of a good size.
Room service: This where the problem starts. The room service is so bad that I had to grumble and shout at them.
* We occupy the room to find that the bathing towels were not kept. I call the room service and ask for the towels, the room service person says that they don't have towels. I was just shocked to hear that they don't have towels. I had to show my frustration to finally get the towel.
* Food service in rooms: We ordered for coffee 2 times and both times people were so irresponsible that we had to remind them to get the coffee to the room.

Hotel and stay were good but the hospitality from the front desk and booking or reservation counters are poorly planned or not equipped with good staff. Lot of communication gaps noted especially from the female front desk staff. For their mistakes, as a customer you Will end up paying additional charges.

It's the best you can get in a town like karaikal. However it's not comparable to the 3 star hotels of bigger town , so don't come here with that expectation. Food is bad, service is poor. Most kids working here are underpaid and untrained. Good to stay for a day as infrastructure is new and good. it's very loud when it's booked

Nice hotel to stay. Luxury hotel at that place. Very good staff( understaffed though for festival rush). Nice terrace swimming pool, restaurants look very good, bar is small but classy.
