The rooms were clean n very new.. recently inaugurated.. The bathroom was also clean.. Food was delicious.. bit expensive but a good one in this location.. the services were good.. only thing is the window view is not that good..

This hotel had always been our go to place for its ease of location, cleanliness, good food and prompt and friendly staff. To add to this, recently they have refurbished the property with a very English and warm interiors. The place feels very cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend the place for anyone visiting Shillong.

Loved the hotel.
It's simple and clean.
Parking area is huge wrt what we get in shillong.
The room size is perfect .
Clean sheets and properly maintained.
The bathroom is one of the best I have seen. Size is perfect and properly maintained.
The room service was quick.
The people here are polite and seem eager to help.

They even have bunkers for drivers to rest and sleep. Which is a good initiative .

We stayed here for 3 nights... Very best hotel, rooms were so neat and clean. Bathroom was so good.Mainly restaurant waiters were so nice nd humble their service deserves 5 stars rating. We r from tamilnadu nd love this hotel so much. Do stay consider this hotel while visiting shillong

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Prompt room service. Good food. I liked staying here. I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel is located on Polo Road and the distance to Police Bazar is walkable.The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom is also good.All toiletries were provided as well.Service is good,daily hoise keeping is there.
The things they can improve are quality of breakfast(the south dishes were not that good in taste).While the food which we ordered was fine on almost all occasions,one night they served very poor quality chicken(chicken butter masala,taste was ok,the quality of the chicken they provided was rather poor).
There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and getting hot water takes time as they have a central heating system for the water and no geyser in the bathroom,so you have to waste a lot of water before getting the hot water.

very pleasant stay, food is also amazing, buffet breakfast was very good , staff arranged taxi in emergency and best part offered as many blankets you want to protect from cold 10/10
