OYO 11515 The Lily Guest House

Is it a hotel, Guest House Or Dumping Ground. It was the worst stay. Dogs are coming inside the restaurant and having food Can you just Imagine. I request any one not to stay in this property, Towel was smelling, Room was dirty. Each and every thing was worst. Food which was given at dinner no salt in Mix veg, And chicken which was given it was made 2 days before, Gulab Jamun which Was provided it was also smelling very badly we have taken gulab jamun And chicken with us for further inspection. And the Manager Mr Paul what he thinks about himself he don't have a single knowledge about hospitality he is so rude. He don't know how to talk with people. If we say anything about the food his answer is if you want to eat then eat or else you can go And sleep. Whole night we didn't ate anything we went to sleep.. Mr Ratan is the owner of the hotel for only namesake whatever Mr Paul will say he have to agree because he don't have any option I believe..

I recommended my friend and his relatives to stay there. Was disappointed hearing about the behaviour and attitude of the staff.
The behaviour was rude. On an average all my friends and relatives whenever they come I advise them to other places but wanted to see Lily Guest House for once.
I wonder if all the other 5 🌟 ratings were a paid one or manually entered by friends and family.
Not going there ever, nor recommending anyone too.
Will also advise all the Indian Bank staffs too to avoid this guest house.

Disappointed. We took two family rooms. For approximately 10000. Rooms were dirty. Water scarcity in the morning. Somme non tribal hotel owners ruin the image of the good local people.

The guest house facilities were wonderful. In our case the rent was affordable: Per night 4 persons single room ~3500/-. Only think is that the cost for dinner or lunch was very high, but quality was good.

The rooms are nice but the worst part is the food. Plates are not washed properly. The food has no taste.

Good Hotel with affordable rates. Food Need to improve. Rooms are ok. Near to Bihnupur Bus Stand.

Affordable, conveniently located hotel for people visiting Shillong. Very friendly and helpful manager.

Nice place to stay with family. Room service, foods etc are very good. Staffs and cooks are also very supportive. One of our family members got sick so they made customized meal on request. Rooms are very clean and well sanitized.
