Hotel Grace

The hotel is pathetic. Everything is dirty and the room smells like public toilet 24*7. Basic amenities were not available like handwash and other toiletories. The price is steep compared to such pathetic service. Had to wait for 3 hours to get a cup of tea in the morning. They didn't even clean the room. Worst hotel in shillong. A lot of good hotels are available in half the price.

We checked in with 5 people. No power whole night can’t even sleep, tried calling reception but phone was disconnected. WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Never go in your worst dreams. Whole night we suffered no help nothing.

Price reasonable but not so clean rooms tables, chairs was all full of dust seems they don't clean on regular basis. TV was not working nor the AC. Fan was ok. POOR VENTILATION and stufffy room as windows can't be kept open it bangs due to wind check photo so you know what I mean there's nothing to hold the windows open. Overall it's Ok ok considering the price. And if you don't need cash memo then Taxes are excluded 👍

Toilet bucket was white transparent but now it change to black in color 🤣🤣 smell of room😡😡😡😡😡 》smoker's don't need to smoke again u will be getting free smell of cigarette 🤑🤑🤑🤑 Noise.......

These people are fraud. They will ask you to pay first the whole amount and then dont attend calls , neither do they refund the amount. Even the hotel owner is a fraud. They run a vicious cycle of looting people and tell lies. Very bad . Never ever contact this hotel or go there to stay. All of them are fraud. The hotel is a fraud.

The hotel is little bit high in range . They offer food also which you can see in their menus. But not all of the menu items they provide you. Other than that the room service boys of the hotel were always shouting in the passage of my room. Which is very disturbing . Specially in night when you try to sleep peacefully after a long journey . They should be attentive about this. Room are not so good . Small rooms very little space i should say . From the outside u can expect the condition of room will be good but it's not . The blankets also which they gave smelled very bad . In the Bathrooms they have individual gyser but their basin was broken. Please improve your room quality before charging so much money for this kind of rooms. Decorate and maintain the eooms like u guys maintain ur own house.

Not at all a good hotel. Not at all maintained properly. Rooms are too small, Washrooms are horrible. Would suggest all not to book this hotel.

Cons: Worst experience, the bathroom basin pipes do not work properly. The basin does not have a different piping system to drain the water, it will drop on the bathroom floor itself and go through the main bathroom hole rather. Room service is not good, they cleaned the room at 06:00 in the evening, and we had to call them 3 - 4 times to remind them about room service. Manager's behavior is not good, he's kind of rude and speaks like he doesn't even care if a customer rejects a room booking. Food is not good. DO NOT GO FOR RICE & DAL!

Pros: The hotel is in a prime location.
