Hotel Atharva

Location and rooms were okay but first time we experience such rude staff behavior. from front desk to restaurant and even room service staff .
As soon as we entered we saw reception staff were arguing with each other and very rude to us we waited for 20 mins to get our keys .
we wanted to have tea at the restaurant at 7 PM but they refused saying its dinner time and other guest will also ask for tea if they provide it to us. very innovative excuse.
So we decided to have dinner however they started ignoring us and told us that we were very lucky that we got place in the restaurant else after some time it will be fully packed and we had to go somewhere else.

luckily we knew some Govt official and had to make few call after that they were very nice to us

One bald guy at the restaurant will definitely test your patience

It was a fabulous stay and we had great time with the family and friends. Hotel staff was very well served. I would like to recommend this hotel to all my family members

Location is excellent but hospitality and cleanliness is poor. Dinner and Lunch was good but breakfast was veru cold. Instead of getting welcome drinks I witnessed few guests getting heated words from manager at reception due to many check in at same time. I believe it is management issue and must be improved. Their staff must be trained to handle guest. I found few of their restaurant staff were very polite and good. Washroom cleaning was not good.

I am still in the Hotel Atharva. Staff is very co operative. I booked my hotel at Make my trip quite expensive due to 31December.
But food is awsome and service is really very good.
Jitendra from staff served us very politely. I appreciate the way he behaved and served throughout our Lunch & Dinner.

We had a great experience with the hotel Atharva. All staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy your stay.
Receiption staff is very friendly and pleasant.

Nice Hotel for a stay in Ujjain near Mahakal. Good location, landscape & gardening with hall for weddings, marriages, birthday parties etc. Rooms are good but wash rooms need clean up. Good big parking lot.

The rooms are great but the only problem is with the bathrooms water tap is difficult to use as it gets jammed and water is not getting drained from drainage immediately due to which it gets flood. Other than it we have food is great and can access to mahakaleshwar mandir throug any vehicle easily and in 5 minutes.
