Booked after midnight on the spot after pleasant conversation on phone from nearby railway station, amazing infrastructure and good service with personal touch, very good food, attentive staff, had a refreshing stay after long travel from Pune to Jabalpur to Sagar

Always recommend this hotel if in Sagar.

👎Looking at the options available at sagar this hotel is steeply priced.
👍The rooms are of good size and the ground floor at least is renovated to modern standards.
👍The AC wasn’t working and I had to clean it myself as the staff had no idea what could be the problem.
👍They have their own parking

👎Couldn’t see a dining room so had to eat in our room
👎food wasn’t brought in a keep hot setup
👎tea was served poorly
👎there is lack of coordination among staff
We checked in at night and some one told about how the billing etc. would be done and later while checking out the next morning the morning staff had no clue what we are talking about. Average family run business with no care to improve hospitality.

I won’t go here again.

Had added Hotel Vardaan in Sagar, MP, as the first stop on my way to Bangalore from Delhi for my son's admission in college. Very easy approach from the main road. Not far from NH44, reached the hotel with the help of google location. Very good parking space. Very good spacious room with good lighting, good enough cupboard, TV, working AC. Very clean bathroom with clean WC. We had stayed in room 306. We were 3 persons in total. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food too was very good and tasty. Had a good night's sleep. Had aloo paratha's for breakfast....., too good. Only problem, I faced was that the newly installed lift was not yet working and I was travelling with my 75 year old mother who had difficulty in climbing stairs. Although, the stairs were not too steep to climb. Old people may have problem. But, I guess the lift would be ready within this week. Altogether great stay.... 👍👍👍👍

Well connected location. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Delicious food.

Booked my rooms online 990 but when we went to check in they told us that these rooms are over 2000 now and we have to pay more than double for the same room we booked. Then when we shows them our booking they said that the rooms are not available even though they just showed us.

They then said if we didn't like that to go to another hotel that was shown to us and it was disgusting. The whole room was dirty and smelled like urine, the sheets were unwashed and the bathroom was filthy. This has to be the most disrespected I have ever felt.

Not only to be lied to to my face by the staff here after we had already booked a room to stay in the middle of the night but then wasting not only our time but the disrespect they showed. I have no words for how unprofessional and disgraceful this "hotel" is.

Never book this hotel.

Lied about their prices. And kept arguing even after we had booked a room at a price online already and when we got there they telling us we had to pay double the price.

It is a very good place to stay, this hotel is one of the famous hotels of the city. It is also a very good place for marriage functions.

I have attended 2 weddings in this hotel. If you are coming by 4 wheeler,then unfortunately there is no parking available inside the premises as they decorate their only lawn for reception purposes.
Food and services are just average. The food items list is also average. The hotel is also not situated on main road but inside a street .The lawn can only adjust a gathering of 150 people and banquet hall can have 80 people at most provided the hall does not look full. Rooms are better but the premise is not clean. Overall 3 stars.
