Very bad room service because there is very staff member for the service and also no water fill in the jug. Bathroom have many fault such tap is broken and also they are not maintaing the room

Very bad service, room are bad with no cleanliness, manager is not available most of the time. Basically no one to attend your queries. Have to wait for check-in as well.

This is the worst hotel ever i have seen in my life .highly unclean bathroom , no toiletries, no towel given and staff reception manager/owner is literally illetrate dumb a$$. Don't have any courtesy how to talk to customers. The positive review given to this hotel are paid so don't give attention to them. This hotel room has spider webs , bed sheet dirty . When I complained this manager/owner started to argue . We spent a night and checked out next day itself. All corporate people never ever stay in this hotel .

Very good hotel in Chitrakoot. 1 km from Sphatik Shila. Rates are reasonable. 4 bed room charges are 2200 with all necessary services like car parking space, towels, soaps, water, bedding, blankets etc.

If you have no space to live choose this hotel. Gandgi ka ambaar, service thee hi nhi to kys bekaar kahe Or location to jungle. Monkeys & Dogs everywhere in the hotel including mess.

Please don't go by the reviews given by local guides.
Rooms are very dirty with spider net and stink smell every where
When we reach here in night around 11 PM entire staff was drunk
Just forget about room service, they will not bother about your complaints or any request.

It’s very near to Raam ghat
5 rupees sharing auto you will find to reach ram ghat from here .
Food is reasonable and good not so good but ok according to others .
