You have to mention in booking about What type of Toilet Seat you require as both type of room are available. Manager Mr Deven is very supportive.Room Service reply is very quick. One thing Room is without window but with all required furniture. Building look is new and so the equipment and Furniture. Restaurant is inside with delicious food but rates are slightly high but quality is superb. I am fully satisfied.

Location of the hotel is while convenient, it causes a lot of nuisance as well due to it's proximity to the station. Food quality was good, however room service often got wrong spoons etc with the food (for eg laddle for soup) They said there's a free breakfast however it's only up to INR 100, proper terms were not communicated. Hot water is also available for just a minute then it's a cold shower

The rooms can be better, maintainance like intercom should be checked before room handover as it got down in my checkin, privacy should be kept as priority at most. The food is really nice and easy to reach. Midnight traveller accommodation facility can be added for a better experience. The Room Service was really nice.

Very poor service, servers don't know about the dishes being served, forget about their ingredients or preparation.
Taste needs improvement and the ambiance as well.

Hotel Pride is a good option in vidisha to stay, it is near to Railway Station of Vidisha and in main market. It a good option in nearby option. It has its own restaurant and serving tasty foods with varieties in menu. Rates are comparative, staff is well trained and cordial with customer. Must visit option in pocket budget option.

The food taste is best in Vidisha but service is not good it take lot of time to complete the order (in our case it take 40 min for paneer tikka masala and daal tadk). It is preffered to give order as early as possible then enjoy with your friends and family.

Giving 2 star only coz of managers' polite behaviour. Food was below average. The Rooms weren't as spacious as they should have been and I Didn't like the bathroom as well. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here
