Location is perfect..though bit old ,well maintained. Pool is okay,but lack of kid's pool and lack of big enough floating tube for an adult is a minus. Gym is closed on Sundays, otherwise perfect fit with an instructor during working hours. Lift is bit old,with a bad sensor. Buffet breakfast is good. Cuisine is good otherwise too. Staffs are helpful,cheerful and well behaved.

Good looking from outside, but not so great inside. Building seems to be very old, the lifts lobby, rooms, washrooms, toilets - all seem pretty old and feel like in need of refurbishment. On the positive side, Amble parking space, Very neat and clean rooms and accessories. Rooms are spacious enough. Good food at the restaurant. Complimentary breakfast contains Verity of items and its delicious. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. located in the middle of the city at a very convenient location.

For a hospitality venture, their staff including the manager lacks basic service industry skills including courteous speaking skills. Rooms are mediocre and old, dull and depressing. Room service takes their own sweet time. The staff gets very defensive instead of apologising for their mistakes. And the manager looks on mutely. A terrible experience overall!

Though the dining and food was good but must say the staff was under trained. The waiters didmt knew abt menu and even availability. Charged me 40₹ for a 20₹ mrp printed water bottle. Billing was again an issue.

Food was nice , services was standard. Bar experience was good. Has ambient parking space in the backyard of the building.
