I stayed at this hotel for 15 days on my trip to Kerala from USA this year and I absolutely loved my stay and the experience. The hotel was very clean. It had all the modern facilities that the hotels in America has. In fact I couldn’t tell the difference. The staffs were very friendly and the room service was almost instant. Anytime I needed something, I called the front desk and they brought it for me immediately. They even helped me to print some documents for me when I needed. This place also has a gym, multiple bar, and restaurants. They also had laundry service that picks up and drop off. The rooms are fairly priced. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone that’s visiting the area. I promise that you will have a relaxing time.

Rooms are ok AC is on a fixed temp though In house bfast needs improvement,theres a choice of bread omlet and dosa chutny I had bread omlet the bread was toasted no butter omlet sadly was burnt and hence bitter.coffee was not upto the mark either I dont know abt the outstanding reviews theyve got!!

It was the worst stay ever, i booked the hotel because of 4 star but the rooms are below average. Rooms are dirty and there was a smell. Top bedsheet were not given and the bedsheet was very dirty.
At the checkout time, we asked them if they have any taxi to drop us to our next location which was just 16 km away from the hotel. There was a receptionist Nimmi, She called the driver and said he will take 1300 for one side & 1500 for round trip. I went outside and asked the auto drivers and other cab drivers for one side ride of just 16 kms. They denied because Nimmi was calling them. i got to know about this because whenever i was going to any driver, they immediately got the call from receptionist Nimmi, My wife was sitting inside and she said she was calling to these auto drivers and cab drivers. At the end, we were hopeless and asked Nimmi to call the driver. She called her driver and we gave 1300 inr for just 16 kms. After that we talked to the other drivers at next location, they said there is just 15-20 rupees rater per kilometer of cab drivers but we paid 81 rupees per kilometer. I do not recommend this hotel hotel to anyone specially the families.

It was a very good experience at floral park.The service was appreciable.Rooms were clean and spacious. The food was mouth-watering.All the staffs were very helpful.Thank you.

Stayed here fews days ago. Very clean and good rooms with all facilities. Very comfortable stay. Good and supportive staff. Feel more safety if a security guard is available near Reception especially during night.Room service also to be introduced

I just say ok to stay for those who r very needy to get a room apart from that i wont suggest anybody to stay here and they are charging horrible price for non a/c and a/c room which is not worthwhile. And when i got into the rooms found hairs a lot, housekeeping is very poor and room service is very poor.and fridge, tv nothing was working, we got disturbed after entering the room techinicians was coming here to sorting out the tv problms and all..And front office staffs are just behaving like just take if u want, staffs need to be good with the customers All i found good is one abhilash named room boy guy is there he was very quick enough to do the work, remaining all are half deads🤦♂️ You wont expect any good experience from there and dont look into the images as they given they all r just to attract u😂
