Sapphire Club Metro Hotel

Exceptional ❤️. 5 star for maintenance. Staffs were awesome. Simple interior but rich in style. Booked 3 rooms, 4.7k excluding breakfast. Parking is limited (if you are hardcore you can park in the basement). Near to bus stand, city centre mall, marine drive, railway.
Heater, AC, cozy rooms all good🤗
Cons: no view, in a chaotic traffic location

Looks like a newly built building. So everything is clean. Rooms are small , bathrooms are tiny and not enough parking space available. Staffs are very polite. For one day night stay this is an okay place.

Good breakfast. The bed not big enough if you are a couple with kids above 6. But manageable. They can keep atleast two pouches each of tea and coffee powder and two water bottles. When you take money for 3, you should give basic things for 3.

Stayed here for 1 night. Rooms are small and rest room is too tiny. A/c are only half ton powered so cooling is limited. Mosquito are there. Pros - Newly built building.

First and foremost its a little bit far from the railway station. Hiring an auto would do the job. The nearby metro station is atleast 15 min walk from the place. So to conclude its situated a little to the inside.

Room is small..but tidy and well maintained..It was comfortable for the two of us.The only concern was it was 2 single bed combined and not a queen or king size single bed. Obviously the bathroom also was small but i would give credit for the cleanliness

Food was not provided by the hotel as the restaurant was on maintenance or something...but swiggy/zomato is there but won't be of any need..just in front of the hotel itself there are 3 restaurants...so food quality and accessibility is not at all a problem

Staffs were really good..they were so helpful providing all the necessity with atmost dedication.Let it be the room service to handling the guest.. everything was so nice.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in kochi. This was one of the good hotel in the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
Will have to specify again the timely response of the staff both front office and others and cleanliness too

Great hotel in this price-range. Nice, clean, well maintained rooms with fan, AC and ample hot water in the shower. Location is also good with plenty of nice restaurant options within walking distance.
Staff have been super helpful in special requests and spontaneously offering me help.

Hotel is in good locality and walking distance from MG Road Metro station. Room is very neat and clean but of small size. It is okay for 2 people. Staff is very courteous. They have buffet breakfast in the morning.
