Hotel Yamuna

We arrived here randomly because it started to rain and we wanted to pause our scooter journey to the north. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and neatness of the hotel. The host Midhun Suresh welcomed us warmly and provided great assistance.

stay was nice and comfortable. reception service can be better. sometimes even after requesting for clean towels etc nothing is received and no response is there from the staff.

it was a very pleasant stay right in the busy street of adoor city. it also have very good restaurant which offers very delicious food. however, the bar attached is a bit annoying as when we're traveling with family.

Stay was good. Staffs needs be proactive when something has been told to them. I had 2 instances where I thought staffs needs to be proactive. Otherwise good stay.

It was a very pleasant and peaceful stay with Yamuna. We were made very comfortable despite the late hours and given accommodation that is fitting the requirements of our family.
We are enjoyed our stay and are very grateful to the support we received from the staff member who received us even though he was on back to back shift.
Overall it was an excellent experience.

The hotel is located in an accessible location. Ambience of room, cleanliness and arrangements are good. Only drawback was that AC though getting on was not functioning properly and the sliding window was locked.
The staff were very supportive. Attended politely to the requirements raised.

Worst ever!!! These people are fraud. They will give u excuses and wont let extend the stay even if done through online mode or as per instructions. Neither hot water nor hygienic rooms... I highly recommend if you don't want to spoil your holiday mood... Stay somewhere else
