Nova Patgar Tents

The tents are really clean and hygienic. Best part of this resort is that it is at a very silent place away from dhordo. You can enjoy Rann Utsav in dhordo and come back to tents which is hardly 10 mins from there. Food is local Gujarati and very tasty. You are sure to overeat it. Staff hired is also local but very helpful and always ready to help you out in every matter. The resort looks very beautiful in the night and the nights are more illuminated by the local Kutchi folk music program and camp fire. All in all, a very good stay in the middle of a desert.

Best place to stay and nearest to the tent city, They have very co-operative and friendly. Tents are Neat and hygiene and food quality was perfect. Perfect choice for someone who's looking for budgetary accommodation along with light and quality meal.

Very clean and hygienic. Very good food. Evening bonfire entertainment is provided. Very close to the white desert and not crowded. Pleasant stay and good staff.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and we loved the experience. It’s near the white desert (about 9 km far) so it’s ideal if you want to go see the sunrise and sunset. We liked the setup of the resort with the tents making a square and the fire place in the middle. In the evening, some musicians came and sang songs around the fire, which was very cosy. The staff were helpful at all times and even went the extra mile to take us to the desert by jeep. Thank you very much for taking good care of us!

Great place to stay near the desert. It’s the first time I stayed in tents and it was a great experience. The tent was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was big and clean. The food that the staff prepared was fresh and tasty and was mostly vegetarian. I really liked it! The location is convenient as it’s near the desert. Lastly, the staff were nice and went out of the way to help. All in all, I highly recommend this place!

Nova Patgar is an excellent resort with tents, about 5 km from the White Rann. The dormitory especially is great value for money at Rs.750 per head per night including breakfast and dinner. There is a bonfire every night and a cultural music show by the side, at least in season during the Rann of Kutch festival.
