First of all it's not a hotel, it's a club!

Big room. Sofa inside. Beautiful view of pool from big balcony and large open space all around are goodies. Even the staff is friendly and helpful.

However no valet parking. No towel at pool. So no restaurant service at pool are big misses. Taste and presentation of food at restaurant is okay and is a big miss for the price. Staff of restaurant is courteous and helpful.

Overall it's nice. But we expected little more.

The worst and most pathetic hotel by any standards. Here are the reasons:-
1. Day 1 - In spite of having check in time of 1400 and the guest reporting by 1430, the room was not ready by 1500. On top of that, room actually alloted was different from the one earmarked in the system.
2. Replacement hand towel not provided in the room on Day 2. Staff says they have a shortage.
3. Room access keys keeps getting deactivated every day.
4. Got locked out of the room due to key getting deactivated, gave a SOS call to the reception. 15 minutes, no one turns up. Called the reception again, staff says she FORGOT!!
5. Room service doesn't bother to refill shower gel even once in five days, even after it is completely finished.
6. Forgot an article at the reception,. Called the staff twice to collect it and keep it. Both times staff claimed they would call back in 10 minutes, no one bothered to call back and confirm.
7. Door bells not working across rooms. Informed the staff, but to no avail.
8. Flimsy cleaning. Found broken glass pieces scattered in the room. That too days after checking in. Explains the quality of cleaning done prior check in and every subsequent day.
9. Checked out in the night. In the morning staff informs of pending dues because of some room service ordered at 11 PM.
10. 6 hours after vacating the hotel and being in another state, staff calls me and reminds me that I need to check out.

I would not call this GIFT City Club but LOST Staff Club. JUST AVOID GOING THERE. DM ME FOR ANY MORE DETAILS.

I had a great experience with them. The rooms are spacious and place is beautifully made. The reason for 4 stars is that the hotel management is not very helpful and even won't let you receive outside food at the hotel. You literally have to walk till the main gate road to take the food. Not only that, if you ask them to help you, they'll ask you to sign several forms and make it their life's purpose to harness you so much that you'd rather just go to the gate than ask them.

Amazing location, pleasing ambience and mouth watering delicacies.
Good club, but will tear your pockets.
One night stay is approx 30k 😷 on weekends and weekdays it's 5k to 8k.
I got an opportunity from my institute to visit otherwise I will never visit. Not for middle class and working families.

Welcome - Greeted well by the gateman and the reception.
They upgraded us to a higher category room.

Wifi - Works well

Rooms - the rooms were clean and super spacious. The bed was extremely comfy. The bathroom was nice and large. The view from the balcony was good as well.

Housekeeping- HK services were fast and accurate.

Restaurant- The servers were great but the manager if i remember his name currently swaroop(Guy from odisha) denied us any customisation in food before knowing i was a travel blogger. His attitude post that completely changed. Shouldnt be this way.
The breakfast was so- so. Overall more of club food rather than a 5 star hotel food.

Amenities- Excellent Swimming pool. Had a great time there in hot gujarat summers.

Overall - Very good rooms and ambience but restaurant needs improvement .

Good club in the heart of Gift city. Food is good but buffet offers less options compared to its price. Sports facilities and swimming pool is cut above the rest. Staff is very friendly.

We had business meeting in Gift City Club.

We have gathering of around 110 members. It was started in morning 7.30.

Parking with proper guidance was first experience. Location wise very spacious and out of dence concrete building.

Our day start with tea and breakfast. Quality was really good. Then our conference start in hall. It was great place for such corporate meetings.

Food served with Almond Broccoli soup with starter. Soup was so creamy and proper in taste. Follow with main course and desert. Everything was very tasty and good quality.

Need to check for budget before finalizing venue.

A swanky and stylish place. Loved the stay. Have numerous facilities. Rooms are of very good size with a big balcony. Very impressed with the rooms. Expansive breakfast.
