Awesome place to stay on weekends also and got chance to interact with host and Mam is very helpful and ready to help anytime...............

Bhavani Villa is located at the far end of Village Danta. It is a scenic location. You will have the view of Aravali mountain ranges. Location is very nice and property has a very good potential to be developed.
However, the property requires a major revamp. The rooms smelled as if they have been closed from quite a while. The sofa in the rooms were dirty. We could feel the dust. The glasses provided for water were not properly cleaned and had dust on it. We had booked two super deluxe rooms. However AC was working in only one room. While the other room AC was not working. So when we complained about it we were given a choice to shift to the smaller deluxe rooms. However, when we checked for AC in both the rooms, none worked up to the mark. Since we had to stay, we were compelled to select one of the room which had better working ac (although not up to the mark). The toiletries provided included 2 shampoo pouches and 2 soaps. However the shampoo pouches were so old that the shampoo had dried up and didn’t squeeze out. We asked for new pouches of shampoo but we never got any. The place was not well maintained. There were rats in the passage outside the room. We also had a Spa there. The room was nicely done however didn’t have an AC. As I was previously informed by the spa oer er (managed by the daughter in law of the Owners of Bhavani Vila) I was prepared for it. However, I feel based on my experience the spa was over priced given the facility and the management should look in to it.
The host tried to entertain us in the best way possible and we appreciate that. They took us to their farm nearby where we saw beautiful horses. Again the location of the farm were scenic.
The food was not that great. It was okaish.
Overall I would not recommend a stay there unless the owners realise the fact that they need to hire more staff and also majorly renovate the place. The prices charged are too high given the condition of the property.

The place is definitely good but it is no poorly maintained that u cannot stay here for more than one day..the ac's were not working properly, also the the veg food was not up to the mark .they really need to renovate this place

Just go for it. The view in front from balcony is mesmerizing. Lush green hills right in front of you with low clouds. Lucky for us, it was rainy season so we enjoyed light drizzles.The treatment you get is royal. The host Mr. Singh and Mrs. Chandra go overboard to ensure that the guests are comfortable. Everything is lovely the spacious room and the food they serve. Mrs. Chandra even had meals with us. Truly a stay with Royals. They have 3 dogs including a husky. They even have a horse-breeding farm of famous Kathiawadi horses. You may have to compromise on small materialistic things like tv not functional, wifi not available. But both these things didn't matter at all. Mobile signals are good and internet works good.

Royal experience. A palace in the midst of wilderness, surrounded by Aravallis on all sides. There is a freshness in everything. You can play with dogs, watch Geese and chickens roam. You just cannot miss the spa. The masseuse is amazing and you’ll be truly rejuvenated after the session. Must visit for a weekend getaway from Gandhinagar/ Ahmedabad.
