Lemon Tree Premier, Dwarka

This is one of the prominent hotels in Dwarka. The rooms were good with adequate space. Bed linen was clean and bath towels too were soft and clean. Hosuekeeping did its job well but the room service needs a bit more promptness. We had keycard malfunctions a couple of times during our stay. The breakfast spread was nice and Mayur at the Restaurant took care of all our needs. The hotel is highly recommended.

This is my second time staying at this location and I cannot say enough positive thing about the property and the front desk, the restaurant, the kitchen, the housekeeping and the entire staff. Everyone is well mannered, respectful and kind. Would be coming back here in the future.

It was pleasant stay for my family here. We'd gone for Darshan of Dwarkadhish and Nageshwar Prabhu. Both the Mandir is in close vicinity. The rooms are spacious & clean. There's a pool, Message to relax. I did have much time in hand though yet I went up to checkout. Dwarkadhish Mandir can also be viewed from few rooms & poolside.

This hotel is at walking distance from Dwarkadhish Mandir. Even Nageshwar Jyotirling is just 20 minutes away by car. I enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are spacious & clean. Dinner was good but services at buffet was not up to mark. I had to wait for 15 minutes for hot purie & got it after repeated reminders. If improvements are made then it's impressive.

Our experience at Dwarka Hotel Lemon Tree Premiere was wonderful. We enjoyed the pleasant and refreshing atmosphere here. The staff members also helped us a lot. Especially the swimming pool attendant Bhupath who is very helpful and friendly We were provided excellent services at the swimming pool and in the game zone which we are very satisfied with. Especially the management of the swimming pool is very good. The water of the pool was very clean which made us very satisfied. We are very thankful to all the members of the hotel staff who provided us with excellent services

While the rooms were spacious and location is amazing for people who dont mind walking - everything is 15 min walk away - the services for room and especially the breakfast staff was absolutely terrible. For 2 days that i was there, i was never served the live counter food despite the restaurant being half empty. The staff would just simply forget what i ordered and had to be reminded 5-6 times. And guess what! Even after that and waiting 45 mins, i never got the food! I stood up and went away. This was at 9:30 AM - well within their breakfast timings and with no rush!

We stayed from dec 28 to dec 29.
Gujarati thali for lunch is great . Bfast & dinner buffet does not have many options it's safe & best option you have in clean environment.

The staff are extremely sweet & cordial. Except for during the restaurant timings remaining time there is not much food yo offer as room service
Service charge is charged for every meal.

The hotel is clean & staff are prompt. The lobby bathrooms stink at times very badly..

I had a pleasant experience while staying at Lemon Tree in Dwarka. Hotel room & amenities are excellent and well maintained. They do what they say/promise. Rooms are maintained extremely well. Hotel staf is quite cooperative and supports their guests to their maximum abilities. It seemed like staff was little restrained by laws & were not clear with what exactly is required from documentation end from their guests esp being NRI. It would have been great if hotel could post documentation need upfront on their website or reservations portal for guest to come prepared. I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to hotels security person (Vanrajbha) who helped us in guiding what need to be done with Dwarka and even extending his kind help to fulfill our local travel need as part of goodwill gesture. Staff like Vanrajbha & Mr Sharma helps guests like us to leave a lobg lasting positive impression of the hotel for ever. Thanks for making our trip memorable.
