OYO 49750 Surya Inn

This is second visit, Its very near to railway station. No noise, peaceful. I got to speak to the owners of the hotel, they were so friendly and they spoke very well.
Very good place to stay at very reasonable prices.

Best rooms I've lived so far in delhi. Great affordable rooms, staff is also very good. Main part is the location, its in front of Sarai kale Khan metro gate no. 3. Also Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway station is only few minutes walk. Best hotel in this area.

Worst hotel experience ever. They don't understand how oyo works. Hotel owner doesnt care about us, all they need is free scam money. They reject oyo bookings, claiming the amount shown in oyo is less. While, the amount showed is correct, with some offer applied. They keep blaming oyo, and ask for extra cash in black. They demanded 1200 atleast. So if you apply any coupon code in oyo, they won't allow you to checkin. They did confirm my oyo booking in the morning, but that was not the case. Rooms are very basic, small. Washrooms are very very small. I would never recommend staying here, atleast via oyo. I had to pay extra cash 1200, for a night, since I was at lack of time and with lot of luggage.

Bad Experience....

I booked surya inn hotel through oyo for 3 nights but when I went to the hotel the hotel recepetion person refused to give the room in the paid rate and asked for extra amount. When I refused to give it, they said that you should contact oyo and you will get the contact number of oyo from the app, but as there is no internet in the hotel, I requested for wifi but was told that wifi will be provided only after checking in the room.

Never Never Never Ever take rooms in Surya Inn Hotel in Nizamuddin. The Manager /Receptionist is a pucca cheat. I have booked 2 rooms in this Hotel but this fraud have never obliged to give us rooms as ordered. But at last he give us a 3 bed single room. He is a chat and fraud. Don't take risk as the rooms shows cheap rates in OYO but the fraud never gives room telling us to cancel the booking. Very very very bad and pathetic experience with this hotel. Even a single star is high for this hotel. I give zero grade for this hotel

Surya Inn sarai kale khan... Pankaj is very helpful guy at the place... First oyo rooms cheated me for this and didn't even cancel my booking and gave me refund .. Oyo help line female booked a room for me one day in advance after telling her two times she told m. To pay min amount for booking and rest on checkin and the amount .she told me toltal was 856 ...but when I get a call from hotel that i have a booking I asked him for 13th he said no it was for 12th so after this I wanted to confirm the balance amount for which hotel guy told me total is 1200 not 856 so it was extra cheating first to book room one day in advance wrong amount informed .. Had to call 9 times for cancellation. And still issue not resolved and now no more oyo in my life..
I saw the pictures online.. And there are windows in every room however there are only three rooms has got windows..
So had to keep my bags there and very uncomfortable experience..
Requested the guy to change my room coz was feeling suffocated. But he was sold out he said..
While checking out i was chating with the guy who was heading the operation there and he tried to make me understand things but sir let me tell you very frankly... Take my feedback very positively... Cos I felt like staying in sarai.... Hope you take it positively..

Its a collaborative fraud between Oyo and this hotel. Oyo customer care forced me to book this hotel and when I called the hotel, they said they will not allow booking in that price. Our question is why this fraud owner don't delist his hotel from Oyo if he is not comfortable with the price. Request to Oyo and the hotel owner is to not fraud customers like this.

Worse hotel I ever stayed in my life .I have booked via OYO and fully payed online but at the time of check in they asked more money .
Smelly room and blanket and toilet .
