Florence Inn

It was a pleasant experience for me to stay in the hotel. I have stayed in room number 101 and it's good. Neatly maintained and more hygienic in nature. Service is excellent💯 by the staff members. Complimentary breakfast🍳☕🍞 is not upto mark. Only limited varieties are there due to limited space. Reception is good. Very close to market area and metro. Nearby restaurants🍴 are there in the adjacent streets. You can prefer this hotel for many advantages.

Value for the price you pay. My 5 stars are for the hospitality of the staff. They are really accommodating for their customer's requirements and make sure that they provide a wonderful experience. Located in the busy streets of Karol Bagh, I didn't expect the hotel to meet the cleanliness and quality that it did. Great work by the staff.

We have one of the 2 rooms on the ground floor, both are next to the kitchen and dining room so are very noisy, we had a long overnight flight so needed to sleep ask for another room

The location is nice for the hotel. It is just 5 mins away from Karol Bagh metro station so the connectivity via metro becomes very convenient. The checkin process was smooth. Had booked the hotel through Make My Trip.
The room was decent. It was smaller than what I was expecting. The bathroom was okay. There was no partition between the shower and toilet, which meant that there would be water everywhere on the floor after the first person takes shower.
There was no complementary water kept in the room which was very odd for me. They only had a bottled water with a tag clearly mentioning that it was chargeable.
The breakfast was okay. Again below my expectations. I had not kept any high hopes but it did not even meet that. There was only plain paratha option available in veg. in hot food items.

All in all, it was a very okay hotel and definitely overpriced. It isn’t worth anything over 3,000 in all honesty.

Modest but clean accommodations near the transportation network. Good wifi. Good breakfast options - including omelets. Super friendly staff. Walkable to the local market and several excellent restaurants. Don't let the cosmetically flawed exterior dictate your choice. The interior is well maintained and very good for a 1-2 day stay in Delhi - away from the big brand name hotels. There is a 7/11 type store around the corner to grab things you forgot or snacks. Liquor store nearby - if that is your need. Plenty of open market shopping at night.

They upgraded room for me. It was huge for family of four. Bathroom was clean. Well maintained facility. Breakfast was good. Location at perfect Karol Bag Market. A star less for costly and bad food.

Very clean, with everything you'd require for a short stay. Clean shower, with hot water! Lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. In an interesting, bustling area.
Parking is definitely a problem, so if you are driving yourself here, it will be a challenge getting in and out.
