Hotel Maharaja Continental

We have booked this hotel at an emergency. Lift facility isn't available. Staff behaviour is ok. Rooms are ok. Better to opt ac rooms. Anyone can reach New Delhi railway station by walk from here. There are foodstalls around the hotel. Parking is somewhat difficult as it is located on the main road.

The Staff is very rude. When me and my friend saw the room. The room is very dirty. Bed sheet are torn. I told the person who is in with me plz change the bed sheet. They talk me a rudely behaviour. Telephone is not working. Socket is not working. No towel and bathroom amenities are placed in the room. I never stay in this hotel again. Overall very bad experience. Stay is not comfortable.

The service is good and the room is also neat and clean. I get it for only 600rs. it is also very cheap ....overall nice and good I must say...

Worst service, no cleaning, no manners, uneducated staff. Cheated me for 4000, booked 4 rooms but given only 2. AC was not working, no cleaning staff, phone not working, washroom was dirty. No water facility and receptionist was rude. Lift got stuck several times. Door was not properly locked in all the rooms. Tv and lights were not in working condition. Bedsheet and matress was very dirty and used, also found hole in it. Not safe for females and totally waste of money. Never go to this hotel.

Don't chose this hotel by seeing the pic uploaded on Google, this is the most worst hotel I have ever seen after paying almost the same amount.

Hotel ka jaisa name h uska bilkul ulta h, bhut hi Ganda hotel h, na koi service h na koi safai h, room me sab toote Foote saman pade hue h , khi se b koi b wiring bahar aa rhi h ,room me cockroach idhar udhar ghum rhe h , bathroom ki condition to pucho hi mat , dekh kar ander Jane ki iccha ni ho rhi. Yha k staff rat ko baithe rhte h aur kuch b pucho to kuch b bolte rhte h , sahi bat bolu to to ise hotel na bol k kanjarkhana yaa kabadkhana bolunga. Jis tarike se hotel n room ki picture dikhaya ja rha h waisa bilkul b ni. Aur ye hotel mai kisi ko b recommend ni krunga. 🤮💩 Total waste of money hotel h, bhut hi bekar experience rha is hotel ko le k.Aur ek main bat privacy ki to koi gunjaish hi ni h , sab jagh se hole n all bathroom me glass toote hue h. it's value for money 700 is reasonable for the room, staff members are very polite and helpful.
