Worst place i had ever visited and the owner of the banquets is just too ruthless and ill mannered. They don't know how much sophisticated businesses they are running and even not having any idea about the hosting an event. As per our experience it would be much better if you can hire a tent house for your celebrations because those people are not having any adequate manner to talk and deal with the person. The below mentioned rating was given by one of the owner. Now you can conclude urself how much cheap they guys are

It's a good palace... Neat & clean rooms ...food was very tasty and delicious... party was organised by the manager was excellent. Will surely recommend this palace if anyone wants to celebrate their special day..thanku crystal palace it was nyc ..

This is an wonderful banquet hall and Hotel to celebrate your precious events . Here you can get all the things to organise your any kind of event ...it's fully air-conditioned..also you can organise terrace party there ..staff is very polite cooperative and understanding ...Food quality, decor, furnishing is better than most. Location is just near to main road approx 200 mtr, easily accessible. Spacious. Recommended.

It was great pleasure to stay. Ambience and other facilities was good but the room was not according as shown in oyo site. Other than that everything was perfect and meet our expectation.

Staff was good room also good but before booking conferm the hotel any maintenance or about other issue when I was there electrical problem was there I couldn't not use the air conditioner

This crystal place is good for couples only but I went their to attend the family function ring ceremony but at the same time I have seen few couples coming down from upstairs,
If they have taken the booking for family function at their place then should keep the separate door for them entry and exit not the main gate , at same time family function was going on so I feel bit enjoyed with family members,
I am posting the pictures because those are with my family members
