hotel staff services is very bad. ordered food and recieved 2 hours later even recall many many times to keep remember them that i have ordered food they did not even recognise.

I went there on new year's. Terrible service. Unsanitary rooms as hallways. No precautions regarding covid.

Bad check-in process. Waited for 1 hour at the reception to get a room. Receptionist very over smart, took phone asking for booking ID and posted review on OYO app by himself. No wonder how such a bad place has such good rating.

I didn't like this place as they overcharge you from the booking price if you booked it from OYO also the staff made you wait if you booked it from Oyo and if you booked them directly they don't make you wait to check-in. The price is very high if you compare the rooms facilities as I found that AC doesn't work and the remote was not available in the room and the TV doesn't work as well.

It's the worst hotel I've ever been into. A complete mess in the name of "Collection O" category. Location is inside a village where people literally throw water balloons on female guests. Hospitality is even worse. They won't even provide you with an extra towel even after your multiple requests. Only 1 towel per room. Staff doesn't know how to speak with customers. I booked & paid full amount through Agoda and was compelled to pay extra amount at the time of check-in. OYO is getting worsen day by day and so are it's chain of hotels. Better Book some other hotel. You'll get plenty of good ones within a range of 1-1.5k but don't book such shady motels.
Only pros was that it was clean and that too because it is new.

Water should be given atleast free of cost, here you are taking 30 rupees charges for 20 rupees bottle.
