Hotel Golden Grand

I stayed many times in this hotel because its good clean an hygienic but this time very much disappointed. Bathroom floor was not clean full of hairs. toilet roll looks like leftover from last guest, tea bucket was not having tea bags I have to ask in the morning. looks like room was not completely prepared. service staff was not professional. looks like daily wages person. they were wearing oversized shoes and dress making them difficult to walk and making noise in the restaurant.
overall experience was very bad as compare my last stays.

Very good hotel and mainly service of staff is superb 👌 must stay here as rooms are big with required all amenities.
Need exhaust in bathroom.
Toiletries kit is average... rest all good.
When we went for sightseeing in the morning they give us packed b/f. Very good staff to help you.

My stay at the hotel was good and comfortable all amenities were good. The room was neat and well maintained and the washroom was good and clean.
Dislike i can say is room service it was not up to the mark. I asked for a glass of milk for my kid They delivered it very late In fact I have to call them again and have to ask about milk. During my check out day i ordered a glass of milk an hour before but i didn't receive it and when I called them and asked they said that the room boy came at room and knocked but no response from our side. But we didn't hear anything not a kind of knocking and bell.

I will suggest to improve more on room service side and make it little quick.

Will not recommend this just by reviews. It's very avg hotel .not sure how this has achieved so much rating. Manager really needs to learn how to meet client expectations.1. Matteress are overused 2. Poor breakfast quality and not good. 3. 1litre water is complimentary for double occupancy room....but u won't get it if you are checking out.
Overall after paying 5days of executive room ended up very bad experience

No impressive at all, room were small bed mattress not.good you sank in, shower door leaked water all over the floor, when we mention the issue the guy just stared at us. We had breakfast added to our trip, food was cold.
Staff was friendly

Guests not allowed to go to the room. Was picking my sisters from the hotel. Wasnt even allowed to go to her room to collect luggage. Very disappointed!!

the receptionist named SHUBHAM was really disrespectful....the way he was talking to us was really bad...he alloted us an attached room even after telling him to change our room because it was attached...
and at the time of checkout when we told us not to give the same room back ..he misbehaved with us...i hope he can understand how to talk to the people when he is in this field.
rest of the things is good...hotel is good...food is nice... rooms are clean... only the receptionist was very rude and misbehaving

great hotel! Enjoyed my stay here. Good bathrooms and proper customer service. Easy to spot on the main road.
