After a very long travel day from Austria, I accidentally left my knapsack (rucksack) with everything important in it on the sofa across from the front desk. When I returned frantic a couple hours later, it had not been touched. THANK YOU, Hotel la Vista
staff, for your amazing honestly. All the staff at the front desk were amazing -- kind and helpful.
Had room 32.Super quiet. Really lean. Place has been completely renovated. Sparkling clean and nice. Housekeeping keeps it super clean. Hot and cold international and continental breakfast was included in the price. FANTASTIC -- we loved the hot breakfast, coffee cake, yogurt and good Czech coffee! 
In a country where lots of people smoke (ugh!), we had a wonderful smoke free room!!! Critical if you travel to Prague and are non-smoking.

The hotel room was great. It was quite spacious with all the basic necesities provided. Room service was great and the staff was also very friendly. Really liked the attitude of hotel manager.
Hotel is about 500 m away from the nearest metro station.

I stayed the hotel last night. Overall it was beautiful stay, as the staff was very helpful. The hosting was very cheerful. A nice thing was to be attentive towards hygiene. The management was very active. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We checkedin on Nov 4th 2021, had horrible incident in the evening when the lift collapsed from first floor and our four family members were stuck inside the lift. It was life threatening incident and we have to evacuate all the members by breaking the doors of the lift. All the members came out in panic condition. The attitude of the management was totally inhuman towards the incidence and the owner of the hotel Mr. Trivedi was not even shown courtesy to visit the place when required. When enquired to the management about the lift maintenance certificate from corporation, they were not able to produce the same. Under such circumstances we opted to vacate the hotel immediately. We recommend to ban the hotel as the basic safety standards not met and attitude towards such an incident was careless.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ildiko ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again La-vista for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

recommended one of the best hotel in delhi. not only the behavior of the staffs are very very good also the 24 hours good sevice. rooms was very cleaned.

Kinda okay ... Hotel facilities is pretty okay... Lot of running around for hot water in the morning. Pretty okay hotel they can improve their service
