The property is at good location near to the Patel nagar metro station. The rooms are big but we got a room which was stinking with cigarette smell. The staff sprayed the air freshener but was of no use. The room beside was given to stags and they were having a lot of alcohol and cigarettes throughout night. I think the smell was later coming from there. Overall not a good experience. They didn't have any breakfast buffet, but they managed to have the individual orders for customers and the taste was good. The water bottle they provided in the room was not a packed bottle it was filled with local water and tasted different

Please don’t give your business to this hotel. They are connected with tourist scammers. Me and my wife and traveling through Asia from Mexico and the us. We arrived to India yesterday and saddly we had a very rough start. We were part of a scam from the Metro to a Tuk tuk to a fake tourism office. We were told the city was all closed and they were trying to take our money. After 4 hours of suffering they took us to this hotel and they were trying to charge us a very high amount of money for a room. Thankfully we escaped the tuk tuk driver by asking a group of young guys in a Range Rover for help. They guided us to another hotel across the street where people actually started helping us. We want to love India and not base our opinions based on this experience. Unfortunately my wife still feels very unsafe and doesn’t trust anyone. Please don’t stay here.

WARNING ⚠️ DONT STAY HERE!!
we had another hotel booked, the taxi took us to a close road. A fake police officer told us the area was closed due to covid and took us to a fake tourist information shop. They left us waiting for ages whilst saying 'they are calling around to find out the problem'
Then they took us to this hotel! We were charged double the price. They wouldn't give us the WiFi password as they said it was broken! The rooms were dirty, beds looks slept in, there was half a bottle of alcholol in the cupboard and a random person's shoes!
I'm fuming they scammed us! !!
Please never stay here!!

Please dont go by mistake also. People on counter are very rude. They are not at all interested in customer service. In case of any online booking they will not support you for any correction. They will force you to make advance payment. Please avoid. Please avoid. Better to stay in guest house. For all they queries big NO is the first answer. Basic things like Tooth brush and tooth paste is not available. They will not give you any invoice if booked online.

Hotel reception person at Treebo Tryst Mr.Dilip is most greedy & unprofessional person and asking for Rs.1000 extra money for providing accomodation with kids while i already made the online booking with same kids, why there is disparity in communications.. Stop cheating to customers and take strong actions against such greedy employees.

The rooms are made to look fancy, but the management is very poor. The boiler's filters haven't been changed in long time & colour of the water was yellowish & brown.
The AC filters also haven't been changed as I developed runny nose & itchy throat after spending a night.

one of most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed. if you are on business tour you need to pay INR 500 per person to meet in your room during day time as well.tea was served twice by sweeper who had not bathed from 10-15 days.food mentioned in the menu was not available. no buffet for breakfast, you need to come to restaurant to have it even its complementary with only one single food choice while they charged buffet price in room tarrif.spent bucks for a night which is not more than a 1200 INR bucks. A TYPICAL C CLASS PAHARGANJ TYPE HOTEL.
