Hotel Tashree & Banquet at Kapashera

we have stayed there for one night as Delhi Airport terminal 3 is very close to the hotel. Room was good. bathroom was excellent 👍🏻.neat n clean.properly sanitized.one thing I found that the lighting system in the room was not good. There was less light. A brighter light would have been nice.

The bed was very soggy, and smells of linens washed with oil. It wasn’t pleasant.

The bathroom didn’t look clean. But hot water was working well.

I was assigned on the top floor, when I woke up at 6am, I heard birds or rats (idk what creatures they are playing nonstop on the ceiling. I couldn’t go back to sleep even if I wanted to.

The front desk was really courteous though. And allowed me to stay an hour after check-out.

I hope they’d improve.

It's a very average hotel which is very much over rated. Only advantage is that it's 20min drive from airport. I had booked seeing the ratings as I had my connection flight next day early morning. Was offered a smoking room and the entire 1st floor smelt like a bar. Later they offered another room in different floor which was fine.

Before starting the main review i would like to say that the staff is very friendly ,helping and corporative , i told the manager that i am a vegan and they provided me the vegan food and i am amazed with this because as a traveller alot of hotels struggle with this but this one was smooth af . My main purpose of this trip was obviously tourism and they did an amazing job at proving me a full delhi tour in a amazing suv (fully air conditioned , spacious , luxurious ) , driver also worked as a tour guide . I love their management and easily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting delhi

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this Hotel From the moment I arrived, The room was in terrible condition, with a poorly-functioning door and a complete lack of basic amenities such as towels and soap. Despite the sweltering summer heat, there was no hot water available for showers.

The hotel's lack of attention to detail extended beyond the room itself. There was no airport pickup service, which made it difficult for me to get to the hotel from the airport. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing any of my concerns or complaints.

Overall, my stay at the tashree Hotel was a complete disappointment. The poor facilities and lack of customer service made for an uncomfortable and inconvenient experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be sure to stay elsewhere in the future

Not that close to airport, around 9km with cab... near by surroundings are remote, someone might not get good food joints near by.. for transit it's good , value for money... Staff is really co-operative... rooms and lobby is nice.... Google location is perfect...

it's super cold outside on 6 Jan, we reached hotel at 12.15 mid night. when we entered inside room, only 1 thin blanket was there. I requested to give extra blanket but they refused. No towels, no hot water facility to wash hands. No hot water jug . so think before you book these type of cheap hotels. I read some reviews but it wasn't mentioned anywhere.

Room is cost effective but small.
The hotel doesn’t have a good professional feeling overall, it seems kind of run down.

The hotel receptionist was weirdly telling me that i can’t leave my room at night and that if i did my room would be cancelled. Super weird thing to say by a hotel
