Hotel Green Castle (Heritage Hotel overlooking two protected monuments)

We tried to get a room here late last night after our booked accommodation nearby had given away our room. They wanted to charge 5000 rupees for one room and said their cheapest room was 4500. Looking then up later this is over double what the prices are listed at. We didn't stay and could sense they were trying to rip us off, it is a shame as we were in a difficult situation and didn't need anyone trying to take advantage of it.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel

We booked a room for a night two days back.staff was very rude and non cooperative and we had a very bad experience in life...it was pathetic.. strongly won't recommend anyone

Hotel service was excellent and very cooperative. Rooms are near and clean. Everyone should visit the hotel that too near to ISBT make it more attractive.

1.At night reached delhi, thankfully booking was not cancelled and given room.2. Located on main road, easy for cab, no need to enter narrow lanes.3. Location shared by goibibo was exact.These positivesHad only night stay, so cannot comment on other things.

Good place to stay if you want to catch a bus from SBT and from out station

I was stay 2 days in this hotel. What was the amazing experience. All services was very good. Like hotel staff behaviour, room cleaning.... etc. I want to visit again

Night staff was very friendly and helpful. Special mention for Azam and Ankit Kumar were really good during our stay
