Hotel Godwin Deluxe, New Delhi

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms the beds were all comfy. Bathroom was big, plenty of hot water and towels, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. I have to mention the friendliness of the staff, each one of them was fantastic and always ready to help out. it has to be the most perfect hotel I have ever stayed in. 100% all the way. Breakfast was very nice . I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Grand Godwin for such a great experience!

The rooms and the bedsheets are clean.
The bathroom is new, clean and well equipped.
Glass door shower, rain shower and fresh, good smelling towels.
The air condition and the internet works.
The light in the room is with style and doesn't disturb. Proper black out curtains.
Staff and reception really friendly and helpful and cleaning also properly without having to tell them.
In room service good value.
The location is debatable and if you want to be in the center it's the hotel for you!
I am really satisfied and i would recommend it to everyone.

Our first post pandemic holiday was an amazing experience at the Godwin Hotel. The hotel exudes sheer luxury and charm. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and bedroom interiors were exquisite. Staff members, from the front desk to the room service, are polite and courteous and very helpful.

We booked a double room. On arrival we were greeted by very helpful staff. The room itself was outdated and housekeeping was not up to standard. The sheets had stains and a hole in the duvet cover. Bathroom was unclean. The hotel was about 10 minutes in a taxi to connaught place and overall was very quick and easy to get to places from here. However, I cannot thank the staff enough for absolute 5 staff service. They were very attentive to us were great fun to chat with.

Spacious rooms, quick check-in process, powerful shower and a tub. Although our request for early check-in was not guaranteed, the hotel staff did accommodate when possible. Accessible areas of the rooms were noticeably clean, large bed and pillows, and super-powerful air conditioning. Our needs were met by the hardworking staff, who ensured we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel rooms are just amazing. Neat and clean and very comfortable. The rooms were equiped with all the necessary things. We didn't have to call room service for anything at all. Also the people at reception are very nice. This is one of the best hotel in Delhi. Worth the money spent.

The hospitality in Godwin Hotel has been nothing short of excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive to us, and very professional. Overall the stay went great and my family was satisfied with the AMAZING food from the restaurant!

Hygiene was exemplary. Those who are a bit reluctant because of covid issues can shed their reluctance and visit this hotel. They have ample measures in place to keep you safe. Rest everything was great, be it the housekeeping or the dedicated staff for room service.
