OYO 77353 Tom & Jerry

They charged more after reaching there, water issues there, ac leakage etc, don't go with family, i went alone so managed stay. Zomato is the only possible for eating, no nearby restaurants Bhogal market is very good in evening, which is walkable was the only plus of staying there.

I had done an online booking from Agoda abd the management straightway declined the booking when I reached there personally. Then they asked me to pay Rs. 1000 for a room and the room they gave me was totally untidy. It had a foul smell that filled the room, the bedsheets were used the pillow covers dirty, it was a pathetic experience.

Worst ever.. Though i booked the room and paid advance payment thru Oyo app nd They're not give me room... They say we Are not Booking Room On OYO app, They say our Room charge is Rd.1500 or OYO give US 500 so we are not Confirm your room, nd They say You pay extra charge For Stay in this Hotel ..I lost my Money...nd I Never Room book in OYO hotel with Application..

hotel management is not professional at all. they have charged me directly and when i said i am paying online through Oyo app they said bring your luggage back from room online payment confirmation takes minimum 6 hrs and we will not let you in before that so either pay cash or direct to them via g-pay etc or wait for 6 hrs for online payment confirmation via oyo.
i don’t recommend this hotel for family as hotel staff is completely unprofessional and seems not educated at all

Pathetic experience! Hotel asked for triple money! And didn't allowed early check in too! Which Oyo already confirmed. Later oyo called the hotel to talk about the room, the hotel staff denied it again by lying that there is no room present currently. Just plain lie no responsibility so ever, neither by the hotel nor the OYO!

Scam. They want the exposure provided by booking sites but don't want to adhere to the rules. Refused entry unless extra payment made even though Oyo has stated no further payment was required. Really genius way to scam people who in the end would have to deal with this thievery and pay extra.

Worst service. Hotel denied room in the midnight booked in Oyo app. Simply they want to make more money. I paid extra and stayed as i didn't have any other option to go at that time.

Never book this hotel. The owner is illiterate and refused the check in saying that he will not be able to provide the room at the oyo price and you will have to pay 1500 rs. He was very rude and seems drunk. Worst hotel. There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. Even the 1 star rating is high for this hotel.
