Hotel Shivam Residency

The room is nice, and the service is excellent. The service crew is also very well-behaved. If we talked about cleaning, they maintain the room in very good condition and periodically clean it by themselves.

The hotel is in a good location and nearer to the Railway station. But there is inadequate staff. Lack of facilities. The rooms were not clean during check in. There was no dustbin in room. Room fuctionalities (like remotes), washroom pipes etc. were broken.
Room is not spacious. There is no space for dining.

Room was clean tidy, walls were a bit tainted but not an issue. Room service was great and food was good.

not bad.but i saw a red light in the room.the coordinator told me that it is the tubelight of barlight which is not working properly.
