Worst hotel ever had worst experience...I booked room from oyo here and paid through oyo but after I reached there they demanded more money saying how would oyo know our room rent...i mean seriously 😒..I even agreed to that bcz I was in hurry but after that they said room will be available after 4 hrs .. they weren't cooperative at all... 😡

It's a very bad hotel. Very bad management and even the behaviour was 3rd class. I have booked two rooms but still they refused for check in that too in Night 11:30 PM. I begged them to let me in but they played their Trump Card and asked for extra money. I have paid additional 4k ruppes and I complained to management. But still they can't take any action against the Hotel. They only agreed to reimburse my amount which I paid extra after uploading the Bill. If you want to suffer like me, then book the same hotel.Embarrassment in front of the client.

They show online different room and avail different room. I reached hotel after confirming with Hotel Manager that I booked online and if 2hrs early checkin is possible. He asked me to come to the hotel. Then offered totally different room from online booking. Even 2 other guests were disrespected in front of me who were already staying there and 1 was female who get disrespected.

Reason for providing me different room by the hotel manager is, "If we remove our listing from booking sites, who will come to our hotel. We showed pictures but when person reach here, we offer them room with additional charges. This is business, we are here to earn money not for FREE SEWA."

No doubt reception was good but it is service industry and facing such behavior at hotel is just.....

fraud hotel, receptionist bolta he I don't know and charging more money or get out of the hotel.bad behaviour, unhygienic, and faltu hotel I ever stayed. see the picture of floor, A/c , cupboard and phone line. TV also not working. the hotel charged more money. pls don't book hotel .or before booking pls call to you choosen hotel. That hotel is for only unmarried couples not for family.

rooms are fine, it's just that, the manager's behavior is not good at all. If your hotel is listed, the person will book it with the available details only. the manager refused to give rooms to us, saying, the cost displayed is very less, he doesn't give any room below 1000₹, well it is not the customer's fault anyway! second thing, his behavior towards customers was not good at all. i was there with my relatives who were aged, and he started to argue in front of them. he called and shouted at the manager of oyo in front of us, only to make us feel insulted over there! if it were not for my relatives, i would have shouted over him! there is no lift also, it was very much inconvenient for my relatives to walk on stairs and that too till second floor! geysers ain't working, no lifts, tv ain't working, still this much attitude! damnn!

There is no rating less than this to give to this hotel which is worst in service, only advantage is hotel is near center of city.
