Hotel Royale Ambience

Dear Hotel Management,
Lot of Significant improvement is needed, one of which is important. Good behavior by the officer sitting in the reception to talk to the customer in a polite manner. I have had the opportunity to stay at your hotel several times before. But the treatment meted out to me last night by your receptionist employee Mr. Vikas was very condemnable. I never expected this from him. I believe that such behavior of the hotel receptionist with the customer can harm your hotel.

The hotel is very good with centrally located & near the Railway stion. The Ambiance is very good. rooms are neat & Clean. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Over and above the food quality & overall hospitality of restaurant staff is also noticable

I stayed in Royal Ambience for 2 days. Hotel rooms were well maintained with good interiors. Cleaning service , room services were done without any delay. Restaurant staffs were very friendly and when it came to food hotel had a variety of food options and food were very tasty with reasonable price compared to outside. Kudos to all the working staffs for treating customer with utmost care . I would rate 5 star in all aspects. Highly recommend

Royal Ambience has become my all time favourite Hotel for my stays in Raipur. Perfect food, staff behavior upto the mark. Only little upgradation is required in fixtures and interiors. Rest everything is perfect...
